I live in Northern Barton Heights and frequent the North Avenue, Richmond, VA location often. Manager Connie has done an outstanding job building a store team. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Connie leads by example. She’s, personable and knows many of her customers. It’s a pleasure to shop this location and I’ll continue to do so. Hopefully this team gets the recognition they deserve. Job well done.

I saw Barnard pull up and walk up , when I answer the door Bernard was very professional and introduced himself and explained what he would be doing and ask if I had any concerns. After completing service Bernard once again explained to me what service he performed and what to expect in the next few weeks. Thank you for sending Bernard

It's great place need to clean it up a little better. Or shall I say organize it a little better get them boxes out the isles..So customer's won't keep bumping up into them.but still a nice place.

Great place to shop better than Family Dollar, however shelves are empty in both stores, who is willing to support a grocery shop n the the Northside? I pledge 5k..

Every time I walk in that store I feel welcome and it's very easy to find what you're looking for. Plus the store associate are very friendly and eager to assist.

Customer service as well and the items that I bought we're reasonable prices and the lines wasn't that long and the cashier was very respectful and nice

This is a great laundromat. Clean neat, an attendant on site, people friendly and nice restroom for the patrons. The machines are good also
