I shop here almost daily. I do a lot of orders online, as I’m in the management field and really don’t have a lot of time to pick my own orders. I cannot base my experience on any other workers, but I can say that the Customer service desk in which I pick my orders from always treats me like nothing less than family. That area is full of amazing people! Kudos to all of them.

Jordan from the delivery team went above and beyond to help me get some drywall for a room that I needed done asap. I don't have a truck so he took the time to figure out a way to get me it delivered. He is awesome and please give him some praise for being a great guy and employee.

A young man initially help me in the appliance area. He said he couldn't help me with my questions but referred me to a Mrs. Jess. She was great! She helped me with everything I needed even things not in her area. There wasn't anyone available in the other areas so she helped me. She was a blessingto me and my family.

I went in looking for one thing and came out with a whole new observation of what I can do to bring my home to life. The store is near downtown and is easily reached.

If you need blinds, go to Bobby! His station is in flooring and HE IS THE BEST! I just bought my first home and know nothing about blinds. He walked me through the choices, cost, and how Lowes can install them. I saved $100, too, when I opened a Lowes’s credit card which he told me about. He’s super knowledgeable and smart. He helped me save money, too. Nicole is also super nice in that department! 10/10

Always great because it's a big box hardware store but sometimes the employees seem kinda mean. I am pretty bad with any hardware stuff though so its understandable lol

Great place with easy access to anywhere in the city! Newly redone parking lot too!

Lowe's got all the goods required, especially when it comes to work (as in working at Chili's at VCU), ranging from dish detergent, latex gloves, to scrubbing pads and hose nozzles.

I had the worst headache and you pulled out your tape measurer to give me an idea/frame of reference for the length of string lights I needed. You’re the real MVP

First time here and Connor from the lumber section and Tish from retail are really great. Connor got all my lumber cut perfectly and even went out of his way to replace two pieces he thought he could get better quality for without even being asked to do so. What a legend. Tish was incredibly friendly and it’s obvious that she’s a joy to work with because she made everyone that came inside acknowledged and it really left a great vibe. Definitely recommend this Lowes.

Had an issue with buying a lawn mower, had to call back a few times because a male manager hung up on us. Another manager Stephanie was super helpful and got the return processed quickly!

Found everything I was looking for no problem. Great people to ask for help.

In the heart of the city...
This is the best Lowe's to go to. The staff is VERY helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. If you are a hands on fixer upper whether it be automotive to gardening. This is the Lowe's to trust👍

Lots of choices. Pleasant staff. Clean and well lit. Prices are okay. The hours are expansive, the return policy is reasonable (just make sure you have your receipt,) and the parking lot is designed that you don't have to walk too far to get from your car to the storefront entrance. Another nice feature is that Lowe's provides several different type of carts to load and move different types of products... because you're not going to use a trolley that is good for lumber to try to haul about a bunch of bags of garden mulch and gravel. That is a nice touch.

I went to get a fan. The sales associate was nice and explained how the fans were set up. I have not put the fan together yet but hope to do it this weekend.

Good store. You get 5% off with a commercial account. It would be nice if they had more employees to assist customers.
