Kroger

I love this store. It can be super busy at times because of so many people go that come to the store. But overall they get through the lines in a pretty decent fashion. If I need assistance I can look to a worker and they help me find what I need. You can also see the management going throughout the store helping where it’s needed. I’ll always come back here for the nice produce and the meet is good as well. And if your on a budget you can find plenty of good options to save you and stock your home. Plus some bougie things as well lol

We got gift cards from work and decided to use them on that day I appreciate them letting everyone know that the store is closing at 6:00 and customer service was excellent

I've have not had good service at any Kroger. Saturday was my aunt 85th birthday party and I need flowers, so I went to the Kroger on Lombard in Richmond Virginia. I was looking for a nice center peace for the table. I found a bouquet of Orange roses, but I need them in a vase. I asked the young lady that was working in the floral department if she could put them in the vase for me. She said Ma'am I'll have to charge you for doing this. I told that will be fine, so she proceeded to put in the flowers in the vase that I had pick out. Cutting way the extra leaves to make it look nice, then she said this isn't the right vase for the flowers. She pick out another vase put the flowers in that vase and when back fixing the bouquet. She asked me what was the flowers for I told her it was for my aunt birthday. She said that's nice and proceeded to add more flowers to the vase. A simple bouquet because something wonderful for my aunt. She didn't charge extra, but I would paid it. It was worth every penny. I'm not sure what her name was but if she was working in Kroger at Lombard in Richmond Virginia on Saturday October 21st between 12 & 1 I thank you. You are truly and angel.

They open at five am. I went there to shop at ten to seven and they couldn't open because they had no cashiers.

Has mandu(korean dumpling) tofu and rice pudding

I can not understand why some people say so many bad things about this Kroger. it is perfectly fine.

I always enjoy my trips to Krogers. Their shelves are normally amply stocked,they have a wide variety of products to choose from, including an international section, and wine. The only negative aspect of Kroger is that tend to have lon lines when checking out,so if you're in a hurry you might want to look into alternate options.

Wonderful kroger has everything that I need be ot food,flowers, sea food. Moderate prices

Sadie is the best Kroger employee that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She did her job perfectly and aptly and should thus be given a promotional raise. I believe she would be well-suited to work in the floral department as overseer of flowers. 10/10 for Sadie.

Like every other Kroger you've seen except in a busy area. Decent parking for where it is though.
I saw a guy walking around with a rabbit which is enough to warrant 5 stars anyway.
They don't have a food section of like buy in bulk/pay by the pound but their area where you buy pre prepared lunch/dinner food looked really nice!

Checked out near close on Tues 7/14. Lane 27. Cashier: Anita. She was very friendly and helpful, to other customers and coworkers around us, and efficient, which is especially impressive considering it was almost close and we're still in a pandemic. Unexpected and so appreciated. 5 stars for Anita!

I had such a great experience this morning in the seafood section at the Lombardy location near the VCU campus. The seafood was so well displayed, I wanted to buy everything just based on presentation. The display surpassed other Kroger seafood sections in the area. Kudos to the woman who assisted me with my crablegs and shrimp order which was packaged with such great care and for her presentation skills. I forgot to ask her for her name.

My local Kroger is RAVISHING. I seriously cried after my Kroger experience. And no, they weren’t tears of sadness; they were of joy. I mean the store brand soda pop was literally melting my brain. I haven’t met a store manager THAT swell. He was kind, he was cool, he was brilliant. I could pick his brain for hours about deals on salami. All in all, a delight to shop there.

Whether your stopping in for a quick questionable sushi or stocking up for apocalyptic reserves you'll be sure to find a line of compatriots to hang out with. And the SAVINGS oh how much you'll save...I mean your spending still, but spending less than you hypothetically would have spend if they didn't tell you about the savings... Listen, you just have to try it out to see how great your life will become.

This has been my grocery store for 15 years even though it can get picked through. I just went in and was SO impressed with the remodel they did, wide isles and very well lit. I always feel well taken care of by the employees here.

I could go 2 this Krogers everday.....it gets me. Restrooms 🚻 are remodeled....toiletpaper can be unpredictable as days get a little hectic. Staff was friendly & helpful. There's always a bargain in the clearance section my fav🤩

very nice Kroger store. Properly stocked. Everything was nicely situated and ready to buy. The customer service staff was friendly and always willing to help. Had to end up dealing with a manager and they were both nice as well and understanding

Excellent presentation of products, very clean, open layout of veg, meat and bakery items to the right, grocery lanes around to the left, then dairy. Spacious ailes, courteous cashiers and self check out.
