Coral Springs Smiles PA: Anand Payal DDS

Just moved to Florida and needed to get set up with a new dentist, this office is small and clean. There was a bit of a wait and staff was friendly. Dr. Anand was personable, kind, and informative. My dental hygienist did a wonderful job at cleaning my teeth. I left feeling satisfied with my care overall, will be a returning client.

Horrible experience. The dentist is kind but some of her staff lacked customer service and professionalism , I was treated so poorly after asking for a price break down of services that I didn’t even need . My experience here was so horrible I’d rather not even go into deep details of my time spent there. I never leave reviews but after speaking with my insurance provider and seeing how they attempted to over charge me for services I had no other choice but to leave a review.

Disappointed they ground me the wrong tooth and i can't use my partial now they had to ground me the one they where suppose in the first place and i have to stay without my partial for 3 weeks with the temporary horrible one they did me .Iam very sad and embarrassed that someone see me the only thing that iit helps its that i wear a facemask and nobody see it 😞
