Pure PHIT RVA

It's pretty simple to get a gym membership and go to the gym every day or several times a week, but if you are not doing the exercises right, you are wasting a lot of time and likely plateauing. As a frequent gym-goer for the past 15 years, that was my issue. John, Adrian, and the rest of the group are extremely knowledgeable and have been very helpful to not only give me a proper, high-intensity workout, but to instill proper techniques if I ever need to use when I work out at home, at a gym, or on the road. The staff and fellow members are very courteous and the atmosphere is nowhere near intimidating. Highly recommended for all adults regardless of shape or gender.

I love coming to Pure PHIT. Not only do I have the best ass I've ever had in my life, I've also learned so much about my body and the right way to work out. I'll admit, I was intimidated at the thought of trying it out at first because I'm used to spending my time in barre and yoga studios with a side of running, but as soon as I stepped in the door the coaches and community were so welcoming. It's also so nice to go workout and have a high level of attention so you know what you're doing is right and that it's working. I've had to get a few dresses taken in so... yeah, it's working!

Amazing coaches and workout experience. I've never stuck with a workout for more than 6 weeks until Pure PHIT. I've been going to Pure PHIT now for over 5 years and am in the best shape of my life! I highly recommend checking them out to see if it's a good for fit for you.

It's easy to find a trainer in town. It's rare to find them with the expertise and knowledge that John and Adrian have.
Their work outs are great and the instruction is even better. There is a reason they have such a loyal following.
