Trè, Shavon, Tiffany, Rachel are THE BEST and are so helpful Please please please give them the respect and pay they deserve. They are amazing staff and they never fail to deliver quality and timely service !! 10/10 would recommend this CVS and it’s top notch service and staff.

Holly at the pharmacy is absolutely amazing. She is so professional & provides excellent customer service every time! I’m leaving for vacation & had to get my medicine a day early. The pharmacist, Julie , said I had to pay out of pocket & just told me a price. When I went to pick it up Holly went the extra mile & looked at my insurance again & found my insurance does a ‘vacation override’ & I did not have to pay. She checked without my prompting, as I was not aware of this, & saved me a lot of money. If it wasn’t for Holly, I would have just paid what the pharmacist, Julie, quoted me when I called about it. So grateful for Holly & her excellent customer service!

I’ve had truly TERRIBLE experiences at both Kroger and Walgreens here in Richmond. The incredibly disrespectful way that I was treated at these pharmacies was honestly shocking. I feel like I’m a person and not a criminal at CVS. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are incredibly friendly, helpful, & just great. Highly recommend. A drive thru I’d overrated if you’re treated like dirt. 😉

The Scott's Addition CVS is one of the best in Richmond. The managers care about each patient/customer and are quick to resolve any issues that may occur.

Last night I went through a horrible experience with a floating pharmacist. During this interaction, a young woman Jazmine was incredibly helpful. She truly cared about me and understood that what was happening was wrong.

This morning the assistant manager Diane spoke with me on the phone and assured me that her and the manager would follow up after the holiday to rectify the situation.

Thankful for the amazing team at the Scott's Addition CVS for standing up for the values of their company.

It was my first time at this location so I wasn't sure what to expect. Jamie was both friendly and accommodating. She graciously pointed out that I had extra bucks available for use and also helped me identify the right contact solution! Excellent customer service. I will definitely be back.

I am very pleased with my service at my CVS Pharmacy. My pharmacist have helped me on several occasions to find medications that I have needed for various Health issues.
