To most people, going to the Dentist is something they don’t really look forward to. Fortunately, Dr Londrey and his staff have made the experience as nice as going to the dentist could be, at least for me. The staff make every patient feel important. The dental hygienists are great using the most up to date techniques for quality of dental care and patient comfort. On my recent visit, Tabby, my hygienist did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth and overall made the experience comfortable and pleasant.

I was referred to James Londrey by my retiring dentist. My experience over the last few years has been very good. My most recent experience is a series of implants that have turned out excellent. Additionally I really like having a provider that can give me a range of services from cleaning to root canal’s and extraction. His staff is knowledgeable and and helpful. I would recommend this provider to anyone seeking a dental professional

The best dental experience I’ve ever had. The employees at Londrey are professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and most notably, incredibly compassionate. The prices are very reasonable too. I called around comparing prices fore picking a dentist in Richmond and this was the best option. Then, when I went in and met the dental hygienist, Tabby, I knew this was my dentist office for good. I would recommend this place to anyone! Literal angels.

I grew up with my grandpa as my dentist and it has been really hard to find the same one on one care with family feel, caring attitude in the area… I have to say… Dr. Londrey is it! Not only is Dr. Londrey amazing but so is his entire staff. I see Cathy as my dental hygienist and she is truly THE BEST! I feel she makes the relationship more than just teeth cleaning… she gets to know you and truly cares!
I have a 37 year old wisdom tooth that has needed to come out for a while… Dr. Londrey and Cathy explained the reasoning to have it removed and brought me in to get it done and hands down the best experience. I didn’t even feel the numbing injections or the tooth coming out, completely opposite of what I imagined it was going to be. I HIGHLY recommend this family dental practice as not only do they care but they are great at what they do!

I had a most wonderful experience at Londrey Family Dental. I had no idea I would have the opportunity to have Kathy, one of the hygienists, do my cleaning. I had first met Kathy a while back when my blood sugar dropped while I was waiting to see the doctor. As soon as Kathy knew what was happening in the waiting room, she brought an orange and a granola bar for me. She also came and talked with me and thought I should go eat right away. She also suggested that I come back another day for my appointment which I agreed to. During my most recent visit when Kathy came to the waiting room to call me back an older lady on a walker was having a hard time getting out the door even though she had someone with her. Kathy went right over and helped them both solve the problem. That was the second time I saw Kathy show others love and compassion. Now it was my time to get in the chair. Oh, how I had dreaded this appointment. For some time I had not taken good care of my teeth. Kathy was so kind to me as she took care of all the work that needed to be done in an efficient, loving, and compassionate way. I left the office with a bag full of goodies: A new toothbrush, toothpaste, rinse, and floss. Best of all I left with an exceptionally clean mouth. By the way, a new Water Pick will be here tomorrow from Amazon!

Dr. Londrey has the best dental office in Richmond! Londrey himself has done 2 root canals, 1 extraction and soon to be 3 crowns. His support team is amazing too! Everyone makes you feel welcome, and they actually care about the work being done. If you are in the Richmond area and need a dentist I would highly recommend Londrey Family Dental.

Dr Londrey and his staff have been a saving grace for me as I was recommend by a good friend of mine. The execution and planning from the staff and doctor has helped me both financially, physically, and mentally. You guys are great. They specialize in uninsured patients. Super friendly staff, always very social, and ask how I’m doing/fun chitchat. I had a filling done in 30 minutes flat, in and out. Very affordable. Highly recommend!

Many years ago, I was a vcu pre-dental student and had the opportunity to work part time as a dental assistant for Dr Londrey. I wanted to be a dentist and his office afforded me the opportunity to gain exposure to dentistry and learn the importance of excellent patient care. Fast forward over a decade later and I am a very proud practicing dentist. I am forever grateful for the foundational patient-focused skillset that I developed as a young one under Dr Londrey. He and his staff are the best of the best and their patients are truly blessed to be under his care. Love and miss you all ❤

Dr Londrey and everyone at the office are great. My dental hygienist Allison is the best! I always feel like I get a thorough cleaning and they have my best interests in mind. Plus it's a very convenient location on Grove Ave.

Dr. Londrey and his staff are amazing. Having a fear of the dentist had kept me away from regular care. When I went in, they were kind and patient. Over the course of several appointments, they were able to treat all of my issues. On the last one, I was so calm that I even fell asleep. Best dentist I've ever been to!

This is a lovely small business with excellent dental care. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff are professional and helpful. They have provided regular cleanings as well as more complicated interventions and referrals for ancillary dental needs to quality professionals. Highly recommend!

Dr. Londrey did an exceptional job on the six veneers I had applied this past summer. It involved a lot of intricate work and I am so pleased with the results. As well, the hygienists give a very thorough cleaning and are knowledgable in dental care. The office staff are always efficient and attentive. Absolutely everyone there is as pleasant and friendly as they can be.

This is a great dental office. My father was a dentist so I’m pretty choosy about who I go to for a dentist! The entire staff is wonderful, thorough and professional. They are all very friendly, and the waiting room is very comfortable. I highly recommend them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Londrey’s for over 15 years. I recently moved to London and no longer have dental insurance in the US. I still go back to see him when I’m back in the states and the out of network rate is very reasonable! Most recently I went in to have some cavities filled and Dr. Londrey and his office were able to work with me on pricing since I was paying the full cost myself. I highly recommend him to anyone both in network or out!

These folks have ALWAYS been very welcoming and Dr. Londrey is very efficient with his work. Alison is my hygienist who cleans my teeth and been seeing her for seven years plus. Been coming here overall for about 12 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend these folks
