My first experience was amazing. Erin taught TreadFlow, but it was her last class. What a loss to that studio! During my next visit I met one of the owners, who shares my name, and she was less than friendly. Don’t get sick. If you do, you will be charged if you are unable to notify them within the 10 hour window. She made sure to remind me of their policy, asking me if I had signed it more than once, and then told me that she would only be able to accept an absence without charging if I had ‘been in a car accident’. I get it- you’re trying to run a business, but being able to deliver a difficult message while maintaining a paying customer’s business is an art. One that she does not possess.

My wife and I really enjoyed the workouts, but the music selection ultimately led to us deciding not to continue attending the classes. On several occasions there was very derogatory music playing throughout the class. We left our comments with the people working the desk, but did not feel as though our complaints were taken seriously. Wish they could be a little more culturally conscious.
