Thrift Store City

I went for a cheap men's belt for a project, and I found 2 super nice throws to use as a background for my Amazon Vine review pictures and videos. Then I saw a Kobalt 2 angle bevel push miter saw for $75. Like new. The blade still has paint on it by the teeth. Those things go for stupid money at Lowe's and Home Depot. An excellent day for snagging bargains! "Miss a day and Miss a bargain."

It's a very clean thrift store. Very organized. Lots of items to offer. Seems they have no issues getting donations. The prizes are so fair! Beats all the other thrift stores around.

Great deals, found a HUGE brand new sectional that would normally cost around 3.5k for $400. It's made of amazingly soft material and could easily fit 7 people on it with room to spare. We skipped out of it the first day because we had to measure our living room to even see if it'd fit but when got there as soon as they opened the next day and bought it. And right after we did someone tried to purchase it too, we know we had found an amazing deal. This place is wonderful! 10/10

Thrift store city is the most antique thrift store in Norfolk Virginia I went ever since when i was a teenager seems like they have everything such nice time.

I went for a thin black blanket to use as a background for pictures. I take dozens of photos every day as an Amazon Vine Voice member and try the free merch out. I take LOTS of pix to upload. I have a deep purple blanket, some white sheets, and other material. I needed a black blanket. SCORE! THEY HAD ONE! So, a $2 blanket cost me more because I wandered in that aisle. I found some super nice bed covers with Dora, some Toy Story blankets... all like NEW! I will certainly return!

Not too bad on the prices and they got a lot of stuff

I’ve been going to this place for a couple months and I absolutely love it! One of the best thrift stores in the Norfolk area. Depending on the items they can be pricey but I’ve gone back a week after and noticed those items priced significantly lower. I’ve noticed a few comments about a 2% card charge and in all honesty 2% isn’t a big deal at all. I never spend more than $50 there and that’s a $1 charge to use my card. You’re already buying things at a very cheap price no need to complain about 2%.

I went to Thrift City to grab something cheap for a costume for my nephew’s daycare. It blew my mind when I got inside and saw how nice it was. It’s like a department store, clean...none of that funky grandma smell and the staff was very nice. I wound up buying a chair and some very sweet lady along with a manager David helped me. He saw I had on an earth day tshirt. I love what he said, “shopping here at our thrift store is one of the best environmental actions you can take. Our stuff gets used a second time around, less stuff in land fills, great quality and all at a very fair price.” AND HE THANKED ME FOR COMING IN!!!

This is a nice thrift store. Has been here quite a while has a good array of clothes outside items.Goods furniture a very big selection very big store. Prices are pretty good they have a nice Boutique section and if you're a fan of hot dogs there's always the hot dogs lady for as long as I can remember selling hot dogs out front. Store is pretty clean staff for the most part it's pretty friendly. Just like any thrift store can get crowded and hectic at times. Overall always have good experiences continue to shop here and will continue the shop here me and my wife from time to time. Cuz you never know what you'll find. Keep up the good work before thumbs up five stars

When the finds are good, they are very, very good; when they are bad, they are horrid. I have found $150 shoes here, like brand new! They can have tons of designer brands in your size one day and then nothing the next. This is truly a wonderful thrift store. Even if they don't have what you are looking for one day, browsing is still fun. I just love this place!

The store is awesome and affordable. I just went in for a couple things and ended up coming out spending $40. I love it I will definitely go back

Heard from a friend of mine I could find a bag of fasteners (nuts and bolts) of various sizes cheap. Found what I needed, got some tools, music CD, and some books for my daughter while Iwas there. The place has many interesting items at low cost. Place was pretty well pick up, clean and has adequate parking.

This is my Mom's favorite thrift store, and once I went there, I now know why. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, you can always find nice things there at bargain prices.

For over 20 years I've been shopping here. It's an amazing selection and inventory. It's well kept and friendly faces.

Large store, friendly staff, reasonable prices. I went home with 2 stuffed bags. I found a lot of nice capris and tops to match. Lots of great kids clothes too.

My go to place for shoes. 4 pairs in two weeks for $34.00. Great condition and one of them was a $250 pair of shoes. Guessing someone didn't know what they had their hands. Good for me though.

I've been to probably 90% of the thrift stores in Hampton Roads. This location is easily in my top 3. Good atmosphere, fair pricing, high end stuff, and has more of a treasure hunt feel than any store I have been to. Don't let the area and look from the outside deceive you, this is among the top thrift stores in eastern Virginia.
