Thrift Store USA

This is literally the absolute best thrift store I’ve ever been to! The workers are all so accommodating and kind! They also always have the most beautiful pieces! Jessica and Ken who work there are ABSOLUTELY amazing! They create such a positive atmosphere.

I went to Thrift USA and the workers were super nice and very helpful with everything. They helped me out out of the kindness of their hearts and made my whole week! Thank you Jessica and Ken for being genuinely nice and helping me out with things that I wanted!

Love it here. A bit pricey for a thrift store though. They do have a great selection of art and antiques.

I was able to purchase an evening gown for my homemade Halloween costume, and even though it was one size too big, it still was a lovely dress. I even had someone make an offer to buy it from me once I had it for my costume.

I love coming to this thrift store. You never know what you're going to get but it's always going to be a good bargain. And today on top of that I had the best cashier. She was personable very friendly and actually talk to me but didn't over talk me. Her name was Peaches and if you get the opportunity to go through her line you won't regret it. There's not enough people these days that are friendly and she put a very positive spin on my day

With UNBEATABLE deals, an ASSORTMENT of a WIDE RANGE of fashion for MALE AND FEMALES alike, and not to mention the HOSPITALITY! MY LORD! :0 ! This MUST be where JESUS HIMSELF would SHOP!

Huge selection of clothes, household items and even jewelry. I buy for the whole family- my toddlers love to pick out their shoes and clothes and I feel good that we aren't spending "an arm and a leg" for kids clothes. As for adults, I do agree that some clothes are expensive but usually they're a certain brand or with new tags. That being said, I don't spend a lot on clothes in regular stores never over $10 but here some things will be over $20!

This is the best thrift store for clothes that I've ever been to, and I'm an avid thrift store shopper. Reasonably priced as well, and they don't have junk clothes. The whole store is organized very well. It is so organized that it doesn't even really have that thrift store feel. Almost like a regular department store. I do wish they had more tools and electronics available. Those departments are a little skimpy for the size of the store. I've been going to this thrift store about twice a year for the last 9 or 10 years. The only other thrift store that is even close to this one is Family Thrift Center over on Wesleyan.

I've returned to this thrift store multiple times and each visit has been very pleasant. The staff are always super kind and sweet even though I'm sure it's exhausting working in second hand retail. It's always clean and organized with cute clothes (just unfortunately not in my size sometimes!) Highly recommend this store!

I just moved to the area and I wanted to check out some of the local thrift stores. Thrift Store USA was 1 of 3 I went to and it was probably the best one. The staff seemed to get along with each other and friendly with the customers. I was happy to see a large selection of Plus Size clothing and found many cute pieces in the section but left them for others since I'm not plus. I really appreciated how organized the clothing racks were. All color coordinated and by size. It helps me feel less overwhelmed because I skip sections that aren't my size or a color I wear. I usually thrift in Southern CA so I felt that the prices were just right and affordable. I found a few pieces here and excited to go back and see what else I can find.

They have everything you need. I've been shopping here since I was a kid. Still love it!! One of the best in the 757.

This place is amazing! Lots of great things but don’t wait! They sell things fast and always have new things! This in not a goodwill, it is way better

One of the largest, well organized thrift stores we've every been to. So much to discover and treasure hunt through: Clothes, bedding, housewares. They have it all. I found Jerry Garcia and Beatles men's dress ties! Perfect and unexpected! Well worth the trip. Take some time for some well deserved shopping therapy.

For thrifters that love a well organized shop, this is for you! It's been around for many many years. The antique furniture is beautiful. The store is well kept. I highly recommend it

A friend recommended this place to me a year ago when I moved down to Norfolk and I can honestly say this is one of my favorite thrift stores to go to! Practically furnished/ decorated my whole house on a budget here. Prices are very reasonable, staff is super friendly, and the quality of the items they get/ sell are very good! I’ve even got a few clothing items from here. 10/10 recommend, especially for decorating/ furnishing a living space.

Beautiful furniture and at good prices. There is always a crowd but on a holiday, you can hardly get a cart. I know why because of the bargains on clothes, shoes, housewares etc.

This place is awesome. I just moved here from Ohio. I had no dress clothes because my previous job didn't require them. I found way more than I needed! I found 2 pairs of dress pants for less than $2 a piece!!! I can't find prices like that at Goodwill! I also found 2 pairs of shoes both under $10 a pair, with one pair being worn once and the other maybe a few times. My cashier was super friendly as well! I think her name was Erica. Definitely will be coming back!!

Excellent store with friendly staff, wide selections in each area, and clean store.
I originally came to buy long John's/thermal wear for the winter and some beater clothes for painting and housework and was surprised with how nice the store was. That was two years ago.
Keep an eye out for specials too. It pays to be thrifty.

I’m not one to leave a review but I loveeeee how they sort everything by category then by size and color. Definitely saves a lot of time while your looking through stuff! They always good products rather it be clothes or furniture!
I hate going to a thrift store where all the sizes are mixed up so you waste so much time looking at a bunch of stuff that your not even gonna buy. There prices are a lot lower than most store too! I love that I get some much for my money! Who doesn’t love a deal! This is by far the best store in Hampton roads.

Awesome stuff, huge selection, AND actual thrift store prices! Jikerra is a wonderful cashier. When I didn't have enough items for the $5 credit card minimum (again, everything is so cheap!!) she held the items for me while I went to find more. I was also impressed when she explained the policy of keeping most out-of-season items in warehouses so that the (already ginormous) store has even more relevant stuff. I can't wait to come back for one of those legendary seasonal clearance sales.
