Kroger Pharmacy

Switched from a pharmacy that shall not be named in Chesterfield to Lombardy Kroger Pharmacy and the relief I feel is wonderful.

Previous pharmacy- I guess my experience with pharmacies has set a pretty low bar, so I was SHOCKED that a real human answered the phone after the first ring when I called Kroger. Wait- no 20 minute wait to horrible music with reminders of COVID vaccinations every 4.5 seconds … whaaaatt?? Every month, I would DREAD having to contact the previous pharmacy to request refills or check the status. I would actually have to clear time in my work schedule and block an hour to do so.

KROGER (Lombardy) - All of my questions and needs were answered and addressed on the spot. I didn’t have to be told that they’ll call me back (to never get a call back) with answers. It was painless and I didn’t feel frustrated at all, which was a brand new experience for me!

Dr. Watson and her crew raised the bar with how a pharmacy SHOULD run in less than a 5 minute phone call. I felt heard, was asked the right questions and was provided with instant solutions. Having a son who has asthma, the piece of mind that this momma has right now is priceless.

Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Shelby is extremely pleasant and patient. One of the best interactions I have had at this location in many years. Hope she’s here to stay.

These people are like robots and they're super efficient and hard-working it's amazing to see they deal with all these angry people all day and no one like gives them any respect or love and they're just toiling away it's amazing and they have so many so much more of a workload than they usually have since quarantine and all that and like covid being a thing I don't know everyone decides to be a Karen when they're at the pharmacy for some reason anyway these people are really nice and they try their hardest.

Friendly and fast

in order to get a discount off my bill, I went for another flu shot. This one made me fee weird. I lost control of my body and collapsed on the floor. The next day my fever spiked at 105. Phew. Good thing I am covered.

Day shift much improved in pharmacy. Employees are great but unhappy with treatment. I DON'T BLAME THEM.!!!

On most occasions, I have waited weeks for a prescription, before calling in to be told it will be ready in the afternoon. Wait a week with no word, finally go into the store. Once in the pharmacy, advised to come back that afternoon to pickup. Finally able to pickup prescriptions.
Rinse, repeat. Every time.
I suspect the staff stopped fulfilling mobile orders and hoped no one would notice.

They are ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS OUT OF BASIC ITEMS THAT I NEED!!Like a gallon of skim milk or coffee creamer. I mean , it is ridiculous! Why even stay open? Every other Kroger near me is excellent!!
