Just did a closing with the Law Office of Jeanette Hernandez-Suarez. I had a very pleasant experience with MS. Suarez and her assistant Yvette. This file was extremely time sensitive and closing had to be at a precise day due to the constraints set by the court.
There was no second chance to get it right and no extensions were allowed. Both Ms. Suarez and Yvette worked closely to make sure that nothing went through the cracks and no surprises came up at the last minute that would jeopardize the closing.
As Owner and Broker of my Real Estate Firm I am always observing how other companies treat their customer and how they take care of business so as to instill best practices in my own firm.
Any item that came up and needed attention was communicated in an efficient and concise manner and taken care of immediately.

Very unprofessional lawyer. After waiting over a month for an appointment she gave me many excuses about my legal plan not covering for her services. My legal plan, however, confirmed assistance was covered, but she refused to take my case indicating she was too busy. She has the right to refuse any business, but she should have not accepted my referral in the first place and should have not wasted my time. I had to call her office almost everyday for about 2 weeks after our first consultation for an answer about taking my case. Poor customer service. Unprofessional. Do not hire her. I will not recommend her to anyone.

Los servicios de la señora HERNANDEZ. En transacciones de Real estate . Son las peores ! Ella tomó mi caso sabiendo que no había posibilidades de lograr nada !! Su único objetivo fue hacer un cobro por la cantidad de $3,000. 00 los cuales perdí . Ella fue avergonzada en su propia officina y no le importó su único objetivo fue el dinero ! Ojo no es justo que existan abogados de este índole.
