Excellent, I called to look for a Brazilian jersey team of soccer and Ashley answered the phone with allot of positive energy, and she handed me the last shirt in store. Excellent costumer service.

The Palms location has a wonderful employee by the name of Melanie who was extremely helpful and informative regarding a return of an item. She helped me throughout the entire transaction and even phoned customer service on my behalf. She greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. She made the process smooth and she took her time and was patient with me. I don't usually write surveys or give feedback online but I felt She needed recognition for her hard work. She truly is an asset to your company. I also recommend you put her face on some of your storefront displays as she has a very welcoming personality. Thanks Again Melanie you are Amazing! This place is awesome, wide selection with every brand one could possibly want out of a sporting goods store. Employees are super helpful as well, Alberto made chosing out wrist straps for the gym a breeze, considering that Alberto has first hand experience with the product I purchased. Top notch customer service. I also enjoy that this place is the complete opposite of walking into a Ross, everything is in its place, no clothes on the floor, very well organized and intuitive.

Inside of the shopping mall of Town & Country (if it’s called that way). Super helpful & knowledgeable staff, everything organized and easy to find. The variety of items you see online they always have it at this location so it’s always my go to! Plenty of parking!

Hard to get to in traffic this time of year. Store had sales. Name brand items at a premium like everywhere. Nice exercise equipment Peleton and Schwinn.

DSG is my place to go for sports stuff!
Softball, basketball, clothing, you name it, they have, if not just go to their website / app.
Always organized and staff is ready to help in a friendly way.
Plenty of parking in the shopping center

This store is huge, very spacious and organized. They carry a wide selection of all sports merchandise you’re into; baseball, basketball, tennis, golf, sneakers as well as exercise equipment all under one roof!

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, staff is readily available and will walk you to the destination. Don’t forget to take advantage of their sales!

So I came in last minute because my sister had a track meet the next day to get cleats and she wasn’t going to be able to run because we couldn’t find she was sad and crying because we couldn’t find them them anywhere. Juli and Victoria were super helpful and help me when I was dealing with a great deal of stress. Because of them I got to be my sisters hero

I went in there looking for arm sleeves to cover my tattoos and was helped right away. The sales associate showed me different options to fit my needs. The store is complete nice, organized and well stocked. The customer services was amazing! Definitely coming back!

Love this store. For the most part they have whatever it is I need in stock. Prices are great and they price match with Amazon! Their order online and pick up in store is the best; with 3 small kids efficiency is key and this service is definitely efficient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I become overwhelmed a bit when presented with a lot of options. Emily helped me a lot! She patiently brought running shoes to me one at a time and helped me try to figure out what I needed for my new shoes. It took a while, but Emily showed no signs of frustration and continued assisting me. I purchased my new Asics running shoes with great confidence. Thank you Emily!!!

Went to pick up an order that was shipped to store. There isn't really anyone at any departments but everyone i talked to was more than happy to stop what they were doing and answer my question and direct me to the right place to get my order. I ended up talking to a girl named Natascha and she was really friendly and helpful. When i got my order i asked her about a coupon i had which i wanted to use and she processed the order so i could get the difference in the price returned to me. I was really happy about that and the price of everything in the store. The only bad thing about this place is the long wait in line to pay but with the prices this place has you cant complain with all the money you are saving. If waiting is a problem then you can go buy what you need at a more expensive place where you can check out really fast since they are empty lol.

By far the friendliest people of any store I have ever seen! The store is amazing too, i feel like I'm in some wildness lodge! It has such a nice blend between rustic and modern tones to it. But mostly, the staff are the best, specifically Gene, Chris, and Evan from the bike department! Not only do they sell you the product, but they will TEACH you about it. My favorite store so far!
