Had a great experience at this Tillys when sales associate Jorge R. pointed out the fine selection of book bags with a 25% off too. Sheeeeeeeeesh. Best sales associate hands down.

This is definitely my favorite addition to Town. It's hip and the place to go to if you're looking to grab great jeans and a flannel. The staff here is young but incredibly friendly and eager to help out.

The staff is kind and helpful, the store is maintained neat and orderly and I can always find good deals.

Overall, the store is okay. They have a good selection of clothes, accessories, and is clean.

Normally I’d give this store a 5 star rating however, I’m a bit disappointed after my last visit. We have been shopping here for years for my kids and husband.
I’ve gone twice looking for a specific item which is a staple item this store normally carries and I was told because it was “winter” (hello? What winter? We live in Miami) they didn’t have them. However they had other brands. (We were looking for Rainbow sandals)
Sales associates were very nice and helpful as best as they could. (2 younger guys. Went Friday afternoon)
I was actually surprised to find Nike slides as these aren’t really “surfer / skater” style.

I bought a gift certificate for my nephew and it was never delivered. I received an email asking me to call to confirm I made the purchase. Pro tip to Tilly’s, if a customer has a lapse of judgment spending money in your dungeon of trash, take the money. I called during business hours 10 times in one week, only to receive a wait for over 30min every time where no one came to the phone. Every time I reached by email, I was told to call, no communication, no explanation. I finally came to my senses and called my credit card to file a charge back. Tilly’s clothes are overpriced as they sell trash. I rather send my nephew to the Goodwill store, better looking clothes, second hand, helpful to the environment and cheap! If you’re gonna support underpaid labor, might as well feel better that you didn’t pull the trigger first time. Also, you will be a king at Goodwill for $50. If you’re gonna dress like a hobo, don’t buy hobo clothes, have some balls and commit to the task, buy real second hand clothes! Not highly chemically processed clothes that will surely end up in a landfill in a few months.

Guys be careful with Tillys , read the rules and policies before buy anything because items ending in $0,97 cents do not qualify for money back.
Tillys only offers a gift card. They do NOT give you your money back, it is mandatory to spend your money with them. The unusual thing is that Tillys informs you of their return policies when you have already bought the product, instead of clarifying and specifying this in the product before purchase.

I went there today for the first time .I bought a backpack for my daughter. When I showed a coupon from the store website, they said they did not take coupons from the website only the ones they send via mail The cashier was a
rude and did not give us an apology. I still gave them business and bought the item at the regular price but for sure is my last time there.

Lies in advertising
They told me one pair of jogger pants was $29 dollars or 2 pants for $55; and then when I got to the register with only one they told me I had to pay 47 dollars for it....was the worst customer service ever!
