What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Diego, service advisor, was kind, professional and communicative throughout the entire process of my service needs. They gave thorough examination of my vehicle, including photos and videos. They did not push on services that were not needed at the time (like other shops have) and performed the ones I requested perfectly. I even got my MINI back more sparkling and clean than when I left it! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you MotorHaus team!

Special thanks to diego for the elite level of professionalism he showed. I felt so welcomed like family. The team did a valve cover and ignition coil replacement for me, and I am beyond satisfied. When I opened my hood, I couldn't believe how clean my engine compartment was in comparison to how I gave them with oil leaking and grease dust. They had my car running like new in a very timely manner 24 hours, I mean the next day, literally. I am so thankful to all for such great experience and really wanted to give 10 stars. My 328i was mostly out of state for the last 4yrs. Therefore, it was not maintained by MotorHaus during that time. When I brought the car back to FL I took it to MotorHaus for a detail inspection & maintenance....the things they found (& fixed) is a testament to their thorough, meticulous approach to complete auto care, because I was told the car was good to go before I brought it FL. All the menacing grinding & clunking noises were gone. Great job, thanks!

Summary: my 39k mile 1998 BMW M3 convertible was repaired professionally by experts who exhaustingly detailed every repair either asked by me or suggested by Diego. The repairs were perfect and the car has been returned to perfect condition. I’m writing this review to pay back the folks who reviewed previously that led me to MotorHaus. Thank you.

Details: the car was in storage for a year. Top hadn’t worked for 2 years because the last experts weren’t experts even tho they were exotic car experts too, battery dead, every rubber component reaching the end of usual life - they were all original from 1998, all fluids need to be changed after sitting, etc. Diego the service manager and I talked and then I dropped the car off for the appraisal. I told Diego I didn't need the car as a daily driver so please be comprehensive. One week later I got a call and an email of 30 pages with exhaustive detail of the repairs with video and audio, text, and tab files! I agreed to $17k worth of repairs which was much more than I expected Ctx because no other expert was ever comprehensive, and this eval was obsessive which is what i wanted. If it was rubber or rubber adjacent I wanted it replaced and it was. I wanted the car to be as mechanically new as possible. I just spent 3 days driving it and emptying the fuel tank. The repairs to steering, suspension, engine, top, wheels, tires, etc are perfect. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I appreciated Diego’s review of the car’s repairs on the lift at pick-up. I also was touched by their invoice of even more detail with more photos. These people are obsessed with doing the right thing. That’s what I wanted and I got it. I’m delighted to have my beauty back to enjoy with my cigar on winding roads. Update #1 driven her 200 miles and she is fantastic. Steady and perfect on 95. Update #2 MotorHaus called me and she had her rubber door handles replaced (back order arrived).

Pay attention car people. Here comes a long review so...This is what all car shops should aspire to be. I have a love hate relationship with my 2000 740i 2nd owner bought it w/75k and now it's at 95k. I had a trans failsafe light come on, as well as some other issues that I wanted to get checked out. From the moment you walk in its a clean welcoming office and Diego the BMW guru, is right there to answer any questions you may. He told me how much I would pay for the inspection check what's wrong and he would reach out before they did any work at all.
I received a text with a link telling me everything the technician had found and a price point for each item and amout allotted for labor. Not only do they tell you what's wrong but send pictures or videos of said issue as well solutions. For my car I had multiple things to get fixed but the tech as well as Diego told me what they would do if it was their car to get up and running. Which happened to be a battery, which I had just bought and was under warranty. I let him know and he was understanding and said that's what I'd do 1st and then see if I have the same problems from there. Got the new battery installed but still having the trans failsafe warning light.. Unfortunately I love my car but its bloody expensive having anything done to it, let alone parts. If I had the money I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. These guys are pros and deserve the recognition. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Motorhaus to anyone with a BMW who has concerns over there vehicle. I can't say enough good things or enough thanks to the staff at Motorhaus for all the help. My cars still having issues but thanks to them I have an idea of what to do next.

Diego and Team MotorHaus are second to none! They are the best! They did an incredible job replacing the AC evaporator coil in our 09 M3 convertible (HUGE TASK/PROCESS). This was my second time going to MotorHaus and believe me, it won't be the last. So far, had a great experience with them. They are knowledgeable and communicate effectively with their customers. The details in their diagnostics reports, including photos/videos so you know you are not being taken, is beyond the bar in regards to informing customers to make the best decisions for their car. 100 miles from home is not where you want your e46 to start misfiring. A quick google search and I came across these guys and limped the car in. They did a great job getting the stuff done I asked for within a week, while also detailing the car for me so it felt like a brand new car. (kinda) Great service.

My only let down was that they charge for diagnosis and that inspection isn't credited to the price of the work performed like other shops, but I understand--time is money these days. They more than made up for the pricing of that diagnostic inspection in their service. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely be back in to MotorHaus.
