From the moment I walked into the store, the sales associate Gabe was fantastic. He was welcoming, helpful, and pleasant. What a breath of fresh air to go into a store and actually feel like they WANT to help you! I will return to this location just because Gabe was so great at his job! I hope he's a manager, and if he's not, listen up corporate because I'm sure he will be getting many job offers in the future! He's an absolute joy!!

Liz was the best! Not only was she a pleasure to talk to while checking out but we had accidentally left our other bags in the store after check out. When we called she said they were there and waited for my boyfriend to pick them up. I am so thankful she found them and kept them for us! I absolutely love this store because of the variety of olukai sandals but now I will definitely come back because of her! Thank you!

Kiana was an absolute delight she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in the store and that I had exactly what I needed. She was knowledgeable and help me find the perfect Birkenstock. I highly recommend this store and this particular customer service rep.

I love this place. I come every year and buy the same shoe for me and my kids. They sell the Cobian shoes we all love. They also sell Birkenstock’s and other shoes as well. They staff is always as friendly as you can imagine very helpful as well

Flip Flop Shops at the outlets is hands down the place to go for solid footwear. Everything from beachy, recreational, close-toed and even Crocs. I'm a bit picky about my shoes and the store manager took her time with me to try on just about every pair in the store until we found a perfect match. I ended up buying a pair of OluKai's that I wear for work, and have been wearing every day for 3 months and haven't had one issue with them. Highly recommend!

What a great store! If you've ever dreamed of a store with nothing but flip-flops and sandals, your dream has come true! Comfiest shoes ever, and the staff is amazing!
