Gordon and the team at Goodyear did a great job replacing two damaged tires and helping me through some logistical challenges with my car. Just about the best service experience I have received in a long time. Strongly recommend.

Friendly people who seem to do good work. My wife has been taking her car there for little things for years and they have always been fair and friendly. I recently stopped in for something myself and everyone was nice, the prices were fair, and they performed the work quickly.

The entire team at the North Palm Beach location is extremely helpful. I initially called and was able to be seen immediately. My car was serviced and ready to go impressively quickly! Today I brought them my car and left it there before it opened, there was a mysterious noise and Goodyear sorted it out. Fabian took care of me the same day. I am grateful everything was handled very professionally and with speed and they do a fantastic job.

Fabian has been taking care of us for years. He is the reason we remain loyal. Communication always exceptional and clearly high standards at the shop.

Goodyear took great care of my Jeep Wrangler. They gave me an unbeatable deal on tires, installation and alignment. The team was able to get the tires in the same day and get them put on the Jeep that same day. They truly care and want the best for you. I will be going back to Goodyear on Northlake for all of my car needs. Amazing staff!! 5+ stars!

Bill is solid. He has taken my car in on short notice and always gets whatever needs to be done right and quickly. Exceeded expectations.

The Manager fixed my tire, took out the nail, at 6:30 pm. I was not charged anything. Wonderful Customer Service. I use Goodyear often, as a single woman, they take good care of my car and tire needs.

I have been to Goodyear several times and will continue. These guys take great care of my car whether it's tires, brakes, or anything else. My car is a BMW and Goodyear is about half the price of the dealer. Aside from cost, the staff is super friendly and helpful. 10 Stars from me.

I can't say anything but good things about the staff and the service. As a woman, they treated me very well, which is saying a lot considering how most auto centers have a rotten reputation for not treating women very kind. Their tires are the best, and their prices are fair. Also...kudos to Ken, one of the service reps at the desk. I came in distraught and unexpectedly and needed a repair done. He was patient and understanding the entire time and gave the best service ever. Could not have asked for a more helpful, patient, and knowledgeable person.

We came in as a walk in and they had us in and out. The workers were extremely welcoming and took really good care of us!

Excellent service I called and went in with my parts for a tire valve replacement. The gentleman working there said it was fine and such a small part, told me to keep my part and did it for free. Such down to earth people we had a great chat whilst waiting for the repair! Will make it my home shop

Had our van break down on our way back home from vacation, and they checked it over. When they figured out it was a computer and electrical issue, they offered to call the agency down the street to tow it and fix it. When the agency couldn't take it, they were very courteous and allowed us to leave it here, free of charge until we could get the van shipped home. Nicest people we've met, and excellent service.

Everyone else told me that there was no leak in my tire but I was filling it up with air twice a day. This place helped me find the leak quickly and fixed it immediately. No more stops to the air pump at lunch. Thank you Goodyear!

I am extremely proud to share this review especially in the time of this global pandemic and economic crisis our country is living through. Rodney and the Goodyear Auto Service crew on Northlake Blvd are the epitome of how customers should be treated. If anyone is in need of auto service, I highly recommend their team as they serve as a prime example of hard work and dedication to their customers.

Fabian and Rodney are the best service managers in the area. Whether it's tires or general auto repair, they'll treat you right. I manage condos and always feel comfortable recommending them to seniors and snowbirds knowing they will give first class treatment.

Very kind, honest, efficient, and thorough. They seem to get most of their vehicles done within an hour and will call you to let you know if something else is wrong before fixing or ignoring it. I can't say that for every mechanic I've used.

These guys are on their game. Definitely will be taking my business to them again. Great price and did the work in a reasonable time. Checked out Firestone across the street first for what I needed and Goodyear did it for almost half. Great job!

Recommended, went here to fix one of the tires that was leaking air.
They fixed quickly and for Free.
Manager is a great guy.
I usually go to their competitors, but never again.
