What's not to love at this place!!! My mother and I simply enjoy going to Velasco because they have everything we need or they find for you, make recommendations!!! Great shop full of surprises with good prices.
All the employees, owners are super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of their trade!!! Good vibes in this place.
The only thing they lack to make you feel completely at home is café cubano, other than that, they are the sunny side of Cuban culture at its best!!!

This is my favorite neighborhood hardware store, feratorea, the owners and sales people and cashier are all very nice and work hard to help all their customers find just what they need.

They have a huge supply of building materials including a good supply of building wood, pressure treated lumber, cement and plasters as well as electronic and plumbing supply.

This is truly a traditional old school hardware store that tries to have exactly what you need and they are only a few minutes away. I always shop there first to see if they can provide me with what I need and most of the time they have it.

They also custom make and repair window screens as well.

I have been shopping at velasco's for more than 10 years I prefer to give them as much business as I can rather than the Big box store.

They have knowledgeable people to help you find what you're looking for or buy the right materials for your job.

They really do have a wide range of building materials and hardware that you would normally expect to have to go to home Depot but they're located conveniently in the area.

I've been going to this place for years to buy bird food. But recently I began comparing prices with homedepot and they're definitely cheaper. They have a huge variety of products for the size of the place.
