Every time I have been to this store the pharmacy personal has been excellent! 5 out of 5!!!

Thank for being a serviceable pharmacy at least twice.

The Pharmacy is a mess, takes forever to pick up and when ask for a prescription they don't even bother to call and advise if the medicine arrived or not so it is up to you to go on your own and see if is there or not. Recommend to go somewhere else more professional and efficient.

Slow. Long waiting lines.

Rude service. CVS greets customers entering the store. They ignore you at Walgreens. Employees Shouting in poorly spoken Spanish is all I heard at this location.

Thus Walgreens has the worst customer service. You call the pharmacy they put you on hold for ever and then they hang up.

My fiancé and I made a purchase this evening and we were double charged. Immediately went back inside and showed on our banking app and our Walgreens app two charges for the exact same amount at the same time. We never received the receipt by email, so the cashier tried to claim it wasn’t possible to look up our receipt in-store and “nothing could be done.”

I ended up raising my voice and after a few minutes the manager relented and looked up the orders then voided one of them. We complained to corporate (who said there was no reason the manager couldn’t look up and print our receipt!).

I am suspicious this was an intentional act - double check your receipts if you make a purchase at this Walgreens!

The pharmacy kept me waiting 3 weeks for a medicine citing that the reason was " its a controlled substance."

I was even told by a lady that they had it in stocks, only to arrive and be told they did not have it...

What fault is it of mines that it's a controlled substance?

I patiently waited for this medication 3 whole weeks! This place is FULL of over skeptical, self righteous, self appointed magistrates. Very disgusted with their practices.

Virtually impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. They pick up and put you on hold a few times and eventually hang up. This happened multiple times over the past week.

5 year old is very sick, needs medicine. Walgreens could not figure out insurance issue due to member number. The solution of the IDIOT pharmacist is to not dispense the medicine. We paid out of pocket for the medicine because kids obviously needs it. Walgreens is contracted with the insurance provider we dont need to FIGURE IT OUT FOR THEM. Pharmacist should turn in their license and stop practicing. ZERO STARS. IDIOTS.

I’d give them a negative-5 ⭐ but it’s not an option. This Pharmacy is notorious & by far the worst they gaslight clients. Horrible customer service! I personally not only experiencing several problems with them but have sat in the waiting chair & witnessing problems after problems with customers only to be told they have to wait for the system to tell them it’s ready despite the customer already have received a call saying it’s ready to pick up! 🤦🏻‍♀ Don’t even try to call no one ever answer or you’ll be on hold for hours and if by some miracle they do pick up it’s only to hang up on you because they can’t be bothered!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Really long waits and have now made two errors on the same order.

Don’t even bother trying to call this establishment. It seems no one wants to help.
