It’s crazy that all I asked was why my tax return was lower this year and if he was able to help discount the 250$ fee. I’ve done taxes with him for 3 years (never asked for a discount), and all of a sudden I said unfortunately 250 is too high, and if he isn’t able to discount the price I’d unfortunately have to look somewhere else this year. He replied “don’t bother, please go somewhere else.” No reason to be absolutely unprofessional. Not that hard to answer why a return is lower than previous years and not that hard to say sorry we can’t add a discount this time, but maybe next time we can help. I have had my taxes completed the last 3 years here. They are quick but extremely rude, and a little arrogant. For the first time, I didn't have more than one w-2 or filing my LLC, I did my own taxes. I thought that I did them incorrectly, so I reached out to Anthony. It took him 3 minutes to respond to my email that he was finished. My refund was the same amount I got on TurboTax. I explained that I was going to file myself as the refund was as much as his fee. He then sent me a very aggressive email that I wasted his time.... 3 whole minutes. I will never do business with them again. Always rude and emotionally unstable.

Bad he think he's above everyone no customer respect talk down to you like you no body you are not allowed to ask him anything about your tax.he get upset and mad if you ask him any questions. I will not recommend any one to go to him .
