Bought a heavy duty rack from Only Hangers and it was the best decision I made. This is a true heavy duty rack, not a cheap knock off that I’ve previously purchased online from another company. I need to redo my closet in the spring time and I will definitely be coming back to Only Hangers!

placed an order waited a week no tracking no package emailed nothing called nothing someone answered the second time they didn't know said they would find out and call back never did finally called them for the third time to find out the order had just shipped. yeah are you still blaming the pandemic? I spent a few thousands here over the years, but not a single dollar more.

I made an order through their website and everything checked out fine. I added my address which was not in the US and their website recognized that and then charged me a shipping and I submitted my order.

A few days later, I get an email stating that I owe an extra $50 shipping because it was not a US address. I kindly replied and said, but your online ordering system took my address and then calculated a shipping based on that. The person replied and told me to read their shipping FAQ page. I kindly replied and said why not fix your check out process and go try to buy something without a US address. Afterwards, I did not receive a reply.

I emailed a couple days later and said forget it, just give me my refund. No response. I wrote back 5 more times after that and it's been more than a month and still no response. I now have to go through a dispute with my credit card company because this company refuses to refund my money.

I will also lose money because the exchange rate fluctuates quite a bit and because I did not pay in USD, the refund will come in USD but converted to a smaller amount.

Going through that, I would strongly suggest against anyone ordering from this horrible company that are thieves and scams your money. Clearly they didn't ship my product, but yet still holds my money. In addition, they ignore my multiple emails asking for my refund.

False advertising. They advertise a money back guarantee if you’re unsatisfied with their product. I contacted them several times and they never replied. Now I’m stuck with these subpar hangers I spent several hundred dollars on.
