Donna & the rest of the pharmacy are true angels! I've had some weird insurance issues in the last few months and each time they have been so patient and willing to help resolve each problem! I purposely drive 5 minutes more just to pick-up my meds here because they are so nice and helpful every time!

I am giving these guys 5 stars because they always pick up the phone in seconds and answer all my questions. They text when the meds are ready. Other stores do not even pick up the phone at all. Living in Miami meds can be a hassle to get.

Thank you Mercedes for your help! She was very helpful, nice and perseverant when it came to helping me print 8 posters. Great service and thank you for saving me last minute! ❤❤

Pharmacy is so great, Donna the pharmacist is also amazing. They get so busy but do what they can to help and cater to your specific needs. I’ll call and they do everything they can + go out of their way to help me. They work so hard and don’t get the recognition they deserve. Thank you to the entire pharmacy team!

I hadn't been there for a while, and I found myself with the good surprise of a new employee, Palacios who is in the beauty section who is incredible. He recommended colors, products, promotions. etc. I hope to find it every time I go there.

Night staff is very patient and kind. I forgot her name but the cashier that took care of me was great. I could see the male cashier next to her was also handling a very complicated customer and he handle it very well!

Rusnier provides exceptional customer service and product knowledge. He has taken this CVS to a higher standard.

It was a long line where I was waiting to get my medication. As I was waiting, the manager named Maritza came to assist the pharmacy with the long line, she was able to speed up the process and was very helpful. She was very nice and professional. Just based on her performance I would come to this store again and again.

I’ve been coming to this CVS for about 11 years now and I’ve never been treated as great as I did today! Cashier Deiling helped me out today by telling me about the app and the coupons! Great experience

So glad Donna is back to this store, her afternoon staff is so short handed but are always willing to go the extra mile to help, she’s the number 1 pharmacist!
Unfortunately, Chavez has arrived at this store, went to get my medicine and while she had it all the time she said it wouldn’t be in for another 2 weeks! Just plain lies. Have a little compassion for your customers if you are in the medical field!

Great job with COVID vaccines. I have taken my teen daughter here twice. The pharmacist Abigail is a sweetheart. She has a steady hand and connected with my nervous teen. Book an appointment online and wait to check in at the front of the store. The process is organized perfectly.

I’ve called this pharmacy five times in the last month and 25 minutes was the shortest time I’ve spent on hold waiting for someone to pick up.

*Edit* The store seems to have improved greatly. The phones are answered quickly and they seem to have gotten more help at the pharmacy. Changing my 2-star to 5. Thank you, CVS.

First time using this CVS and of course I went in with a problem! The Pharmacist obtained approval for a RX (I had been trying to call the doctor for three days without response), another staff entered my new insurance information and they had it filled for me quickly. Thanks CVS for understanding we're all human and helping me out!

Best Cvs ever, the pharmacist she is so helpful she is blonde and tall look for her she is amazing, a sweetheart and so is the pharmacy technician. I'm glad I ended up here usually CVS unfortunately sucks and they.have very bad customer service but not this one. Very clean store.

Donna is very professional and super nice 👍🏻 more people should do their jobs with a positive attitude like her! First cvs that has good customer service over the phone. I have restored faith in humanity now lol
