After asking 3 of your employees where to find garden borders and receive no useful information, i found Eliseo Seme inside the store. He helped me a great deal and i was able to find what i wanted. It is very rare to find someone like him at a Home Depot store. Make sure to keep him and promote him, he is your best employee these.

We received top notch customer service from Maria Elena. From the moment we encountered her at the store until we were done with our visit to the store, she was nothing but extraordinary. I've been to this location a few times now, and never was as happy as with the service I received from her today. Her attention to detail and ideas provided helped complete a project my husband and I had for our home. We will definitely be coming back.

Home Depot is a magical place where all of your dreams can come true. But seriously, this one has a nice staff and a great checkout setup to keep lines to a bar minimum. Also, if you don’t know about their return policy, it’s amazing. Something stops working after using it once but you threw out the box? Just bring in the thing for an exchange. It’s amazing. I always recommend Home Depot, but this is the best one I’ve seen in the wider Miami area.

Excelente atención all staff :) we got our natural Christmas tree from here at a good price. the scent of the pine so fresh. There’s all type of trees for all styles. All of these trees are so beautiful, meaningful. Me encantaron todos! gently reminder: this type of trees should be treated properly, sometimes in the picking - grabbing and putting them back could get them damage leaving trees out of the option for the next person. I just hope we can treat them with kindness as it was your first option tree *when moving them around* Merry Christmas y’all!

This location off the FL Turnpike at Doral is the most organized and cleanest HD in Miami.

Wow very impressed. The pick up purchased was 5 stars. The employee went beyond to delivered my purchase to my car. I drove to the front for pick up. I ask him if I needed to get off the car. He was very conscious of how much rain was pouring so I must say. Great guy and pleasant employee. We really need employees like this one.

I had a good experience today. Jhon from plumbing help me a lot. He was very helpful and polite. Home Depot needs more employees like him.

This is a fairly new Home Depot that still remains, perfect... There is nothing out of place. It is well stocked, so we'll that the exit aisles are narrow, filled with merchandise, something that I personally despise. Apart that 2 carts cannot go by, it is super dangerous in case of an emergency. Exits should NOT be blocked! I typically avoid places like that. But, the place is so well kept, and perhaps not as busy as the typical Home Depot that only bothered me a little.
Update - January 22 - Still OK. Some supply shortages. Still overfilled walkways. It was moderate busy.

Clean, well stocked, helpful and friendly staff. In short, nothing like what you have come to expect from most other Home Depots in the Miami Dade County area. Kudos Sweetwater.

This is currently the closest Home Depot location and I mean really close. The store is well organized but most of the employees lack knowledge, the exception is Gregorio Carrioza, we were looking for new appliances for our kitchen and he was super informative, to the point that he suggested to wait a bit longer for the 4th Of July Sales, he wrote down our names and number and sure enough a week before the sales event he called me and I set up another in-person meeting with him, we went over several details and that made my final decision a well informed one!

I will definitely recommend Gregory to any family and friend and to you as well, if you need appliances ask for Gregory and you will be happy of reading this and following my advice.

I ordered on line and by the time I had to do the pick up at the store, it was delay by the vendor but what could it be a disaster experience, managers like Carlos and Rosendo help me so much and in a very nicer way that I am completely satisfied with the experience.

This store just opened a few weeks ago. I needed a few things for my garden and decided to stop by. It's a really nice store and ask the employees were nice. Most of them offered some help, and the person who help me at checkout was super sweet. A far cry from the usual Home Depot interaction at some other locations. I like the new checkout desks, but the self checkout only accept card from what I could see. The garden area was nice and tidy. I can't say much about the other parts of the store since it was close to 9pm when I went and I didn't do much exploring around the store. I hope the customer service remains the same as the customer base increases.

One of our favorite Home Depot because it’s organized and clean! Not too crowed and good customer service!
