Cupelli Automotive

I was referred to Cupelli‘s by my previous Mechanic. A couple of mornings ago I broke down on the Florida Turnpike and I called Cupellis automotive. I told him I’ve never been to their shop before I was referred to them. They asked me what was going on. I told him I was on the turnpike and I was stranded. My Mercedes broke down. They had a tow truck to me within 45 minutes. While waiting for the tow truck, they communicated with me to ensure that I was safe. My service agent was Richie and he was so friendly. He was understanding he was courteous, professional, kind and understanding but. He was just wonderful. He calmed all of my fears. My diagnostic was done the same day. He communicated with me several times a day to let me know what the findings are, they took pictures of all the parts sent text messages with pictures and everything. I was so impressed!! ( I am still smiling) . My car has 200,000 miles on it and they took the time to repair it and the work that they did has my car riding as though the first time I bought it. I cannot say enough about them and they have a customer for life thank you thank you thank you for being, wonderful . Pauline 🥰

They did what he said they were going to and it was very refreshing after having a very negative experience at the dealer.

Richie & his colleagues restored my MBZ to “like new” drivability! In fact, I was thinking for getting rid of the car until Cupelli changed out my motor and transmission mounts. I will definitely bring all of my cars there for service going forward!

I've been going to Cupelli automotive a few years now for service. They have the best customer service. Frank and Richie are amazing. Most times I leave vehicle for the day. This time I stayed and was in and out in no time for an oil change.

Excellent job, kept me informed the entire time they were working on the car. I dealt with Frank Cupelli, the owner from a-z starting with a phone call. Perfect professional service. I was especially impressed with the diagnosis using a big screen tv to illustrate the issues. Work was completed fast and the price came under estimate. I highly recommend Cupelli’s.

Cupelli has been the best shop for my VW GTi. Frank and Richie both take great care of us and their work is always excellent! Car problems are always stressful and a hassle, but I always feel like I'm visiting family when I go to Cupelli. You won't find a more caring, honest, and hardworking group of people. I can't recommend them enough! Also, sorry for the late review guys -- I could have sworn I had done this years ago.

Professional, good communication and updates on what was wrong with my vehicle and what needed to be done to get it working, and very friendly. I dropped off a brick and they returned a working car. If it bricks again I’m 100% taking it here.

The only shop I’d ever take a European car to for service or repairs. Great people and great service. Richie was awesome, let me know exactly what I needed, kept me posted and the guys did a quality job.

Frank and Ritchie are the best. They've kept my 2002 BMW convertible in great shape, and I trust them implicitly. They are fair, straightforward, and do expert work.

Staff was attentive, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. From the initial visit and conversation, I had great confidence in the shop's ability to properly diagnose my vehicles issues and to repair them promptly and expertly.

Went to Cupelli for the first time today with my BMW. Frank was excellent. They sent me a text message with details of the full inspection and what needed to be done immediately and what is needed in the future. Details and pictures included. They completed a full brake service and replaced some cabin and engine filters for a reasonable price. Very high quality. I highly recommend.
