This store just has everything and more! From the perfect dresses to shoes and jewelry, you won’t leave empty-handed. Their employees are super nice, too! Cielo helped me and she was very sweet and patient. Would rate this place 6 stars if I could.

Cielo & Vanessa thank you for being so so amazing at customer service & having such a positive attitude mostly when I came to the store last minute. Who ever is in charge of this store. They are both are an asset to the company. The company is lucky to have them. Btw this isn’t the first time I come into this store. I came in today looking for a couple of outfits today and Richard one of the store clerks helped me the entire time and was the best help ever i came out so happy found the outfits i needed. Richard was such a great help and had the most amazing personality and treated me and everyone with kindness and i will be coming back to this store. Thank you Richard.

Me (the boyfriend) want my girlfriend (my wife) to always feel like the spotlight is always on her so i bought her an amazing dress she picked out for new years and i know she’s going to be entering the new year on a high note because she’s the most wonderful, perfect, smartest and caring girl in the whole universe and she deserves the best always :)

One of the most wonderful experience I have ever encountered! Came in with my daughter for prom dress shopping! She was super helpful finding dresses for my daughter and ended up buying two! The store manager also amazing! I highly recommend this store to anyone! Who is looking for a dress for a special event!!!

Beautiful dresses and great prices. We didn't realize the prom dress we chose for my daughter was supposed to be like $60 or so, when we went to check out, it was marked down to $20. We were able to buy accessories (necklace, bracelet) and only paid $40 for everything. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cielo was the nicest person ever!! She helped me find the most gorgeous dress for homecoming and I’m so grateful! She was so amazing and welcoming :)

I absolutely love shopping at the Windsor store at International Mall because of the staff. Everyone is so nice and the store is always organized. My favorite associate is Elizabeth because she helps me find looks for the occasions I shop for. She has a great sense of style and suggests looks that work for my body type. She is so attentive and makes me feel confident after trying on different outfits. I like shopping online but Elizabeth makes taking the trip to the store that much better!

If you come to this store, make sure you see Monique. Her customer service is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. People like her is why this world continues to run! I can tell anywhere Monique works she will be successful and a leader. Here attitude is all around amazing and her personal skills are far from none. If you are in Miami international mall make sure you pop into Windsor and just have a conversation with Monique and she will undoubtedly blow you away.

Let me just say Tiffany in Doral was a complete angel and the perfect employee. I had to find a dress last minute for a military party and she was so helpful. She ran back and forth and even gave me her opinion on which dress looked better. Patient and she was definitely a god send. When someone mentions good customer service this is the definition. Thank you Tiffany I will definitely be back again.

I came in tying to find an outfit for a birthday party this Friday. I selected so many options and none that I felt beautiful or confident in. Right before I am ready to walk out and give up Tiffany suggested denim jeans and I was super hesitant because I always struggle with jeans. Well, I tried them on and BOOM! They fit like a glove and I finally found my outfit! Thanks to Tiffany and her amazing service. Thank you a million times!
