U-Haul Moving & Storage of Federal Way

It’s the best U Haul storage rental facility on the planet right off the interstate! I needed a heavy 6x12 trailer on short notice, and they had two available the same time I needed. The service to connect the trailer was great as I had a male vs female connector and Braydon fashioned one up on the spot, tested it and I was on my way! Great selection of tracks and car haulers too! I’m coming here again and again!

Rented a 26 footer and it did what I wanted it to do. Gas bill on 1500+ mile journey wasn't my favorite though... Staff was great. Nice location. I would recommend.

The equipment was not clean but was well maintained and I had no issues. I believe they probably just hadn’t gotten to it yet. The clean vehicle I was supposed to rent had all the gas stolen. So it was a last minute change of vehicles. I’ve rented here many times always great service.

Easy to set up rental online. Big lot makes it easy to get around with 20 foot truck.

I had an excellent experience here. Arron sold me a hitch. He was super helpful. I tried to install it myself to find I needed help. Talked to a manager on the phone who gave me great info. Allowed me to come in and let Mikhail fix me up. He was patient and helpful and got me all squared away with a smile and a very fair price. Thanks a bunch!

Steve is the perfect manager for this location. He is efficient in the office, good with customers and an excellent hitch installer. If you need to purchase boxes, rent a truck or get a hitch installed, just skip Auburn and head down to see Steve at the Federal Way location.

Got my propane Tanks filled today by Karen. The person in front of me was insane! Freaked out at Karen and told her that he was going to sue over the price of propane. She explained the price but this guy was doing his own math and needed to go back to grade school. Karen handled him very professionally and I was very impressed. Great and calm customer service professionals like her are hard to find.

Very easy pickup and drop off. Friendly staff.

We buy our propane there but this visit we just needed air in a tire from our golf cart. The young man in the yard was very helpful and filled our tire. Very great customer service..

Michael is the man and so is Steve ! The assistant manager Michael is so helpful and handles the stresses of the moving day very well.

He takes care of business and makes the company look great!

One of the reps there named Ryan helped me out a lot with getting the right boxes and products for moving out items. I also gave us a good deal for renting one of their trucks. Will definitely come back

I had one of the best experience that I have ever had with uhaul. I got help with quotes, reservations, and arrangements. Shout out to Mychael, very knowledgeable and super helpful. If he didn't know answers he would get back to me after getting them. If I needed their help again for a move, I would without hesitation reach them. Thanks again to Mychael and his people.

This 5 star is for Kenyaka! She did a wonderful job helping me with my reservation and explaining what I was getting. Everything was easy to understand and they even sent text messages to my phone for confirmation dates for a truck rental. I've had bad experiences before but now I have no gripes about U-Haul!

Had to wait in line for a little bit to return a truck and trailer. However as they seemed slammed and understaffed they were very patient, helpful, and professional. Once I was in front of the line, Ryan most of all was able to get me through returning the truck and trailer quick and easy. Thanks guys!
