Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I give the location in Morrow a 5 stars!!! They were absolutely amazing! Even though they were very busy and clearly overwhelmed, they still managed to keep their customer service care upstanding and manage to assist us in the upmost!!! Jeff, Trey, and Tay from the Morrow location were GREAT! They were caring and they all went out their way to make sure we had the best experience with Entetprise as possible.. In my opinion... GIVE THEM A RAISE! ..lol.. My family and I will be traveling again this summer, and I will definitely be going there again!!!!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!

I typically would not go to Enterprise for a rental car, but the insurance company sent me there.

The service I received at the Morrow location was a major upgrade from the service I received at the Augusta locations.

Oji is a nice guy who always keeps a smile on his face. He provided A-one service during the pickup and drop-off process.

Jeff the associate located at the enterprise in Morrow, GA was a great help after I got scammed. He was kind, courteous, and willing to help with anything I may have needed to make my trip to Orlando happen.

Tyre and his staff at Morrow, Georgia Enterprise was very professional and quick with their service. They got me check in expeditiously as well when I returned to check out. If anyone is in the Morrow area tell Tyre and the staff that I recommended them.💎💎💎💎💎

Came in they took care of my needs as far as what the insurance would cover and I am a little taller than what the insurance but they helped me get a SUV that was larger, they were very helpful as far as Info that was helpful, if needed again I would use Enterprise. Thanks

They brought my rental to the shop where my car was being repaired and I was able to drop it off at the rental site. My check out was fast and hassle free. Great service!!!

I love this location ! They give enterprise a GREAT name. Their customer service is out of this world and they really take the time to work with you and get you into the best vehicle for the best price. Sometimes I might be late but they are understanding and trusting and it means a lot that they trust me with their vehicle and know I am good on my word. The whole staff is amazing shout out to Christine though she has amazing energy and does not forget a face

Got me in a rental car after I had an issue with my reservation (it was made thru a third party). The wait wasn’t long. All the staff members were nice and helpful. The car was nice, clean, and reliable. Had very good gas mileage! Returning the car was simple. Will return to this location if I ever need another rental.

This was a really great experience for me. I paid work my debt care they held a deposit and the the deposit was returned 3 days after I got back. Definitely would rent form then again

I absolutely love the Enterprise on Jonesboro Rd in Morrow, Ga. I never have a problem with renting and the customer service is excellent…. 10/10 I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the fast & friendly staff at this location particularly Tray. He kept me informed & made sure the vehicle was spic & span before I got into & explained the rental coverage to me so that I could make the right choice. He checked me in & out quickly. All in all my experience was great.

Well, the only real issue is that there was a lot of customers that needed to be served. Other than that, everything was pretty smooth. I set up my appointment, switched the place that I was picking my car up from (at the last minute), and was still able to get the car that I needed.
