Ramos, Idalmis DDS

My first time at this practice was a very good experience. I was on pain for already a week and I sort of knew they would decide to do a tooth extraction which made me very nervous and anxious. They took me back to the exam room on time. Dr Ramos kindly greeted me and her assistant answered all my questions. Once I found out it was another doctor the one doing the procedure I became a little bit more nervous and skeptical. i was nothing but wrong. Dr Martinez walked in to the room with a very friendly and professional attitude. Dr Martinez took the time to explain to me what she was planning to do and gave me a very high level of confidence. I could have not asked for a better physician to take care of me during those stressing hours.
I was very impressed by the office after they called me in the afternoon to follow up on me. I had one concerned and Dr Martinez herself called me at my cell phone. That was exceptional patient care.
I would definitely keep on going back there for my regular checks up.

I’ve been there twice and staff and doctors are great. I got my wisdom tooth removed and it didn’t take more than 2 mins when the doctor was done. It was very fast and efficient and I was able to eat solids the very next day. I went this past weekend to get some cavities done and it was nice and smooth.
A lot of people get impatient sometimes at medical/dental offices but remember to also appreciate the staff especially during these times that it is hard for them to work with all the COVID regulations.

In all honesty, this Dentist and her Staff deserve more than 5 Stars. They have put up with my demanding schedule, provided excellent treatment, highly knowledgeable and always sincere. To call them Professionals is to say the least. I switched from another Dentist because they insisted on drilling 18 of my teeth. When Dr. Ramos's office reviewed the X-rays, they said it was not necessary to have done so. Point is, I feel safe knowing that something as important as my teeth is being handled by a staff of knowledgeable and trustworthy individuals. This office will always have my vote!

Great place no long wait everyone here speaks Spanish but does communicate in English just with heavy accent overall great practice. Feels like home.

Llegue a esta oficina dental recomendada por varias amistades, fui un poco desconfiada pues hacia alrededor de un año atras habia estado bajo un tratamiento de ortodoncia en Miami donde no obtuve los resultados que yo esperaba. El dia de mi cita me atendieron puntualmente y la doctora Idalmis y la asistente Gladys fueron muy amables conmigo, me explicaron el tratamiento que usaria por unos meses para enderezar un diente que nunca llego al lugar debido. Debido a la posicion del diente tube que ir varias veces a la
consulta pues se me caia el braket, siempre q llamaba por telefono para solicitar una cita tenian un espacio dentro de su ocupado horario. Asi pasaron unos 4 meses hasta que finalmente el tratamiento concluyo con los resultados mas satisfactorios, despues de que me quitaron los braces me pusieron un retainer permanente el cual no se ve y no permite que los dientes no vuelven a jorobarse. Estoy inmensamente agradecida con la doctora y con todas las muchachas que trabajan con ella por haberme ayudado a tener una maravillosa sonrisa, yo se las recomiendo a todas las personas que necesitan ayuda de un ortodoncista !!!!!!!
