I recently visited National Auto Service Center after encountering some issues with the headlights on my car. Right from the start, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted me warmly and were quick to assess my car’s problem. The mechanic on duty was particularly helpful, explaining the issue in detail and showing me exactly what was wrong, which I really appreciated as it’s not always easy to understand car problems.

They managed to replace the light bulb in a very short amount of time, and their rates were very reasonable considering the speed and quality of the service. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the workshop and the professional demeanor of all the staff.

What stood out most was the mechanic’s willingness to ensure everything was perfect. He double-checked that all lights were functioning correctly and even gave me advice on some preventive measures for future maintenance.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at l National Auto Service Center . Their expert service, transparency, and customer care were beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone needing car repairs. They turned a stressful situation into a hassle-free one, and it’s clear they aim to build trust and customer satisfaction. 5 stars!

Adrian was awesome. I followed him from Tire Kingdom. I was told I needed new rotors that were installed by Mavis under a life time warranty. He called a contact he knew at Mavis and got them covered under the warranty. This is an old school honest business that is not out to sell you things you don't need. Don't let the appearance fool you, they are a very professional and a respectable shop. I would recommend to everyone.

I spoke with Ray about checking my car for a road trip. The team kept me up with how it all was going. They found a 4 year old cabin air filter, replaced it, fixed a small nail in the tire. Replacing that filter was Amazing. Smells like a new clean car. I feel safe now & will drive the trip confidently. Rob, Ray, & Adrian will see me again for sure. I feel Blessed to have Better than all the rest auto mechanics. Thank You to All.

This place is phenomenal I always feel like family when I bring my car here. Thomas the mechanic is very knowledgeable about cars he lets me see the old parts before he puts the new parts on. They are all very friendly with a smile to greet you. My Toyota is purring and running like new again! Thanks guys!!

These guys know what they’re doing! Dropped off my car hoping I would only pay for what I needed done and nothing more… they listened and did just that - only giving recommendations as to what could be improved.

There is a pretty awesome crew at National. Rob listens to the customer, and provides the best options for repair and service. Prices are also better than fair. One of the things I needed was an alignment. I was told by a different shop long age that the passenger side was out and would never be able to be adjusted correctly. Not only did the techs fix it, but after a test drive they put it up on the rack to adjust it further. Meticulous attention to quality repairs and service will always win my patronage. Many thanks to the entire crew at National Auto. My 94 z28 has not ridden this well in more than a decade. Cheers!

I recently visited the National Auto Service Center with an ongoing issue. From the moment I walked in, the owner, Adrian, was very friendly and helpful. I have to say that they did go above and beyond my expectations, and I am very happy with the outcome. So took my car back to them for oil change Wed., May 8,2024, service done quickly!!!!! beats sitting 4 hours at Bob Lees - changing my car service to National from here on!!!!

First off, had a totally dead car AAA came and told me I needed the Alternator replaced, National Auto was close to my house so I took it up there. NO ALTERNATOR just a battery. Replaced quickly and efficiently. Next had issues with my brakes, again went to National Auto Service, Pinellas Park. Brakes fixed expertly. Today I saw I had a screw in my front tire so ran it by there to see if they could help me. Did it NO CHARGE!! That's HUGELY KIND of them. Will DEFINITELY take my car back to them for future service! These guys are LEGIT, helpful and totally reasonable!!

It was the first time, I brought my car to National Auto Service for oil change, replaced brake pads and air filter. When I was paying, I told Rob '' This place is a shop that I definitely will come back from now on''. It is very close to where I live But the most important are the work they did and their service customer was great. That is how to make a successful business !

The services I received was excellent. Even though I was frustrated when I first got there, KJ and the other mechanics made sure my repairs would be completed as quickly as possible. They completed my repairs and did my oil change. If you are in need of an auto mechanic, I highly recommend them.

This is the best auto repair place that I've ever been to. Everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and they address your vehicle's problem as soon as they can. It's not easy to find businesses that you can trust, but this one let's you feel like you're in the best hands. 👍

I had, IMO, a not so great experience. It started fine and quickly deteriorated. It was due to miscommunication with both myself and the establishment. I became fed up and wrote a review sharing my experience. Within minutes I received a call from the owner, Derek.
I wasn't interested in going back, but felt it was fair to speak with him. If for nothing else than to use it for a learning tool and to gain understanding... To better the shop. However, after speaking with him I felt it was only right to continue to help... Both them and myself. ... So we arranged for then to fix my car. Waking in the shop this morning was a very welcoming experience. And if it wasn't for Adrian and I profusely apologizing, it would have good unnoticed regarding previous ordeal. Derek even arranged to pick up and drop off my car so I would but be inconvenienced!
These guys are great. I'm so glad we have each other a second chance!

I have been to this business twice and both times have been great. These men know what they are doing and take pride in their work. Thomas did a great job patching my tire today. Everyone is friendly. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

I took my car in for pads, rotors and an oil change. When my car was in the air, Adrian brought me over, showed me the condition of my brakes and what I needed. Did an oil change while I was there. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!

The best place in ALL of Florida!!! These guys have saved me so many times. They always make time for their customers even if it’s last minute. They work fast, get it right the first time and their prices are reasonable. They have my trust and business forever and then some!

The man they refer to as Professor Chaos was a whirlwind of professionalism, empathy, and a good laugh. I am certain that I shall return as the pricing is fair, service was fast considering, and the whole vibe of the shop made me feel at home. Thanks National!

Can't say enough good things about this place. I had gone to 3 different shops to get an alignment and find a noise in the front end of my mini van. None of the shops could find the noise, but all wanted to charge me well over $1000.00 for new parts and try, (they said) to align the front end. I went to National, first thing in the morning without an appointment. I told Rob my story. Told him I needed the car for work the next day. He took me in immediately and put his crew to work. They fixed the noise and aligned the front end in under 30 minutes. What great honest service! All this for $109.00. Do yourself a favor and go to National. You wont be disappointed.

Nearly every light came on in my Jeep Wrangler. These guys diagnosed the problem and had parts in a timely manner. They stayed in contact with me the entire time and got me back on the road in no time. I will definitely be back for any service needs. Thanks again!
