Chick-fil-A

A sandwich in our order had been sitting for a bit. Told them about it and they made it more than right. Food was great. I assume some earlier patron knocked the paper towel dispenser off the men's restroom wall breaking it, but otherwise the interior was clean and inviting. Well, besides one sketchy but otherwise seemingly safe looking person in a nearby booth talking to himself, but not much they can do about that.

We are all humans and therefore we are going to make mistakes especially when we're so busy we don't even know our own names. That being said, I don't really get too upset when there is a mistake made. I've been to the park place location in Pinellas Park, Florida, very many times more than I can count. Whenever I've had any issues/mistakes made on my order. I've always had the pleasure of dealing with the manager, Evelyn.
Quick fast, prompt service, and rectified expediently with a smile every single time. Her customer service, quality assurance and public relations skills along with that bubbly, friendly smile and personality that she brings to the table are the attributes that make her an asset to your company.
To say that Evelyn provides me with excellent customer service would merely be an understatement.
Her staff is equally friendly and professional.
Today I had the pleasure of speaking with her on the mistake that was made on my wife and my daughter's Cobb salads.
Evelyn apologized and told me to come in at my convenience and she would make it right.
There are three other locations that I could go to but I prefer her store. Please give her the recognition that she has rightfully deserves. Thank you and have a great day

Atmosphere rating based on the fact there are more drive-through customers than dine in customers. Chick-fil-A has amazing food with a great way to handle long lines at a drive- through.

Love eating here because they have healthy options like grilled nuggets and they r on fire so good and their sauce is delicious they breakfast chicken biscuits yum and they breakfast bowls too salads all delicious

Delicious as always. Friendly attentive staff. We showed up 20 minutes before they closed and they still had smiles on their faces. The food was perfect and fresh.

This is by far my FAVORITE Chick Fil A. We all know chick fil a has a long line, but what made it so special, we came around the corner. While my son, was waiting for his food he saw this beautiful, bright and happy smiling employee named Kayleigh. She was just waiving to him and making cute faces back and fourth all the way up until we got to the window. It was the sweetest thing , to making a little one smile it’s just so heartwarming. He talked about it the whole way home. This Chick-fil-A is always busy, but they’re so fast and will have a smile on their face the entire time. I will not go to any other chick fil a! Thank you !!

Always consistent, great flavor, although there's a long drive thru line, it moves fast!

This is always the best fast food even tho the lines wrap around the building a million times they are super quik getting food out ill always go here over mcds or wendy

Love chick-fil-a however they should have a better system for pick up / waiting for your food

Took my daughter inside to enjoy a sit down lunch. It was clean and the employees were kind.

Great meal prepared quick for a lunch on a dash! Always enjoy the Chick Fil A experience and think they make one of the best chicken sandwiches for fastfood. Give it a try!

Great food and service , the work area behind the counter seemed messy, and the floor had lots of food .. could do better with that.

Filthy dirty chik fila floors sticky behind counter a mess. Were not busy at all. Employees hanging our at tables tunnt around with spray cleaner spraying each other. Standing on seats being loud. Simply disgusting. Not one adult on site. All teenagers working. Out of control.

Food was great. Employees go out of their way to make you feel comfortable

Always have an amazing time with friends and family here. The staff seems to work hard and put in the extra effort to make sure everything is right.

Always good food when we need something fast & easy to grab. They are always polite & really like it that they don’t get our orders wrong & our food is always nice and hot!!!

Stay's with brand standard very good chicken

The chicken sandwich tastes fresh, not frozen. The chicken is thick and juicy. The restaurant is clean and the people working there are nice.

I love me some chik fil a . Every since they renovated I love how smooth the drive through is and the amount of people helping .
