Wanda takes faith to the next level and caused my husband and I to re-evaluate our level of faith. She provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. This was a Probate property, so, not easy to sell. Wanda was very knowledgeable about the Probate Process and lead me through it from A to Z. Dealing with Probate is not the easiest thing, it requires knowledge of the process and it also requires a triple dose of patience to work it successfully.
Wanda was very well informed on the market, she was able to put together a great comp and establish top realistic value to the house. Her pleasant and gracious personality is a tremendous asset because it attracted many realtors and prospective buyers. Her confidence, her honesty and no BS made the process simple and enjoyable.

Ms. Wanda was simply AMAZING! She was extremely responsive (even while on vacation, much to our dismay...LOL). What sold us is the fact that she prayed with us at the end of our first phone call, when we found the home we liked, when we put our offer in, during the entire contract process and even at closing. It was refreshing to work with someone lead/motivated by the Father, helping people obtain their goal of homeownership and learning from the experience; not solely for monetary gain. Throughout the process Ms. Wanda patiently answered our many many questions and again seemed intent on helping us learn about the process as opposed to going through it blindly.
One situation that stood out to my husband and I was when we went to view the very first home on our list. There were several people standing outside for their turn. Near the end of our tour there was loud banging on the door. Ms. Wanda opened the door and greeted the other agent who began yelling that it was time for her clients to see the home and our appointment was pushing them behind schedule. Ms. Wanda calmly advised that she received confirmation of our appointment and we were within the window. Once we concluded the tour the other agent apologized to Ms. Wanda, as she realized that she was in the wrong and the fault was with the scheduling agent and not us. The hostile manner in which the other agent approached Ms. Wanda, was out of line, but the God in Ms. Wanda, as well as her professionalism outweighed that negative spirit and impressed us immensely.
In conclusion, if you or anyone you know are in the market for a new home, we would HIGHLY recommend Ms. Wanda as your realtor.
