Nara can’t remember his last name, serviced me today. His hospitality & quickness was very appreciated. Most importantly I’m so glad he was able to keep his word to get me out & back on the road under two hours ! It usually takes longer with or without an appointment. Overall great experience & I’ll be back.

Toyota south service department is awesome! My service technician JUSTIN IS extremely AMAZING!!he knows his job, he’s professional and always share his thoughts on decisions! He will call you and give you an idea what is going on with your vehicle and make good recommendations , He will work with you as much as he can and ensure that your service needs are satisfied and met! My advisor was amazing. He was professional and thorough. He entertained all of my questions and was patient. I love Toyota South. My advisor made the difference for me today. Also the manager checked in to ensure all was ok. Great customer service!

From the greeting when I first walked in, to receiving back the keys to the truck, you guys were on point! Very happy with the repairs as well. One thing though, why did it take you so long to return the rental back to Enterprise? I had to pay for those extra five days!

Bryson was Awesome! I was on the way out to start my day and my car would not start. Triple A came and said that i needed a new battery, so i called Toyota of South Atlanta. Parts Rep gave me a quote right away then i got transferred to service and i heard was a great happy voice say “Hey Sunshine!” And he hooked me right up with an appointment pronto and I explained to him that i had a dentist appointment at 10am, arrived at 9am and staff got me in and out with a new battery INSTALLED at a great price! Thank you Bryson for managing and expediting my transaction!

I been a customer here almost 4 years…. Joe was my favorite sales rep!!! But the service team man I loooooove them!!! The customer service is always top tier when I enter the garage! Top tier! That’s the only reason I come to this location! I got the best advisor and they got dewayne back!!! Great crew!

I had some body work done and I am very pleased with the outcome. I was assisted by Steve Edwards and the staff, and they went over and beyond to get my car completed. It looks great! would highly recommend their services.😊

Excellent customer service! Tom was attentive, knowledgeable and patient. I brought a RAV4 years ago here rather than the Toyota in Union City because they didn't have time for me and I felt that I was bothering them. When and if I go to another dealership, it will be Toyota South on Morrow. Thanks for taking time to talk to me without being pushy.

This morning, I received GREAT service. Jovani Robertson was OUTSTANDING. He was personable, timely, and provided great advice about future service. He is bilingual and was very friendly when helping others. Mr. Tony Whitney, Service Director, was walking through the check in area to make sure everyone was ok. Today was an A+ day. Quality, customer service, and communication are big things for me and Toyota South excelled at all of these. After a nightmare situation with another autoshop, I came here to get my car fixed. They kept me informed of the work being done, the estimated cost, and let me choose which parts of my car I wanted fixed and which I would put off until a little later. The repairs I needed done ended up being a little pricey (broken steering rack and pinions) but they have payment plan options so I don't have to pay the repair fees all at once. Overall I'm VERY HAPPY with the service I received!

This was a visit for an faulty airbag recall. I was told the repair would take 1.5 hours over the phone. It ended up taking 3.5 hours. I am very glad that Bryson told us when we arrived that the wait time was going to be much longer, but I wish they had told me when I made the appointment.

Got my first tire rotation & general inspection after getting a car back in March here. Shanya Maxey is the best service advisor. She also said it'd take 1 hour 30 mins ish but it was done in less than an hour!

Toyota South really helped me out today in a pinch. My spark plugs went out and my car was shaking and barely made it to the dealership. They got me in and out within 3 hours with no prior appointment and I thought the pricing was pretty fair. Esmeralda was the agent helping me and she was very kind & professional.

Extremely impressed with Esmeralda's expertise and service. Though my vehicle was serviced over a week and a 1/2 ago, I still remember the everlasting great service from her and the maintenance technicians, definitely a valuable asset to the Toyota team.
