Magnolia Place at Stockbridge Apartments

While looking for a new place to move I spoke with Carmen at Magnolia, she was super nice funny and outgoing and helped me a lot. Carmen showed me a few apartments and different lay outs of places. She took me through the process and help me move in and made sure my apartment was taken care of while doing the inspection of the place. Since moving in Carmen has been really helpful and nice. Any issues i have she makes sure they are handled the area is quite and great location.
Carmen did a amazing job from start to finish and made sure I was happy and blow away. She does a great job and always around even waking the property daily. She friendly and easy to talk to.

Susan was so amazing & helpful! From the start to finishing the process Susan definitely went above & beyond to communicate & make sure I was aware of any & everything I needed to know. I’m so satisfied & absolutely love the apartment. Thanks to the help from Susan I am officially a resident at Winnstead!

I haven't been back to Winnstead in a while since leaving here a couple years ago and wow this place is completely different. They have updated the exteriors and improving their amenities. If your looking to stay somewhere affordable and nice-this is the place!

It was an incredible experience, Suzie the assistant manager was so very very helpful, this is my very1st apartment and I didn't have a clue about anything she took the time to walk me through everything, when they say God has his Angels in front of you as well as behind it was true for me and Suzie is my proof, thank you Magnolia Place management for having such a magnificent person to guide those that are not knowledgeable of this new technology

I just want to say Thank you!! Ms. Carmon so much, you help me with my paperwork and she got me into my place on time. Customer service was outstanding, the view of my place is awesome. It’s quiet and I love it, thank you again and for being patient with me as well.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the management team. Carmen and Kim are caring & helpful, and they assist/accommodate their residents to the best of their ability. I give a 10/10.

I was an resident @ winnstead apartment complex for two years. The new property manager Mrs. Jeanette and her team are really nice and they’re doing a lot to bring the community up. Amazing Team!!

I'm a recent resident but plan to make it long term. Aisha and Nancy are the best. They take a personal interest in their residents and make sure you're successful in all parts of life. I lost my job and was working diligently to land a new one. Nancy went out of her way to make sure I had plenty of copies of my résumé as well as encouraging me daily. I love living here!
