I had a great experience purchasing a keyboard here. Lots of devoted attention from Tuesday to help me select the right one. Very knowledgable and not pushy at all. They didn't have the one I selected in stock as new so I went home with a demo (and given a discount). The demo had a non-functioning knob unfortunately. Josh, a manager made the swap for a new one easy and still honored the discounted price. He was super friendly too.

I visited this site today to purchase a guitar (beginner). Glenn was so helpful. He was attending to customers in the front and as soon as he was finished he took out time with me even though he wasn’t the person working the guitar department. Glenn, thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and patience. It didn’t go unnoticed!

Great place to look for a new instrument. They have some good deals over here. Some instruments have a "we beat any price" tag which allows you to check online for a lower price and they'll beat it. Not sure if they beat all online prices. The bass guitars were a little more expensive than their equivalent online. Great place to try new instruments.

I take my boys for guitar and piano lessons. They seem content. The instructors are friendly, and explain well the progress of my boys. I would definitely recommend to others.

I always feel kinda intimidated getting a new guitar adjusted and trying to find the right words to describe which part of the guitar’s sound or playability I don’t like and then what kind of sound/playability I want…… but Julian was super down-to-earth & patient & humble, yet definitely an expert at his craft — based on his own playing of my guitar as well as the different recommendations & adjustments he made.

I even came back like 2 weeks later feeling that the guitar definitely sounded better from a playability standpoint thanks to his adjustments on the action (ie, truss rod, saddle, nut) but was still not sounding exactly like I wanted so he suggested some more brilliant ideas and thankfully now my guitar is perfect.

What a great experience at the Guitar Center. I was greeted professionally they asked what I needed. Matt listened and helped make a great choice and a fair price. Thank you, Stephen C

The store was recommended to me with emphasis on the large selection they have on hand. It was an understatement! I had many choices to choose from for an audio cable to connect a set of speakers. A staff member was very helpful with my decision making.
I received a veterans discount as well!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I made a purchase and was super nervous about it because I am still new to what I am doing. Got home and played with my new gadgets; it was unnerving at first and I was sure I had made a terrible mistake blindly trusting the gentleman who helped me. After a bit if troubleshooting, I am really excited and happy with what he recommended. While there is one thing that I do need to return because I already had it and didn’t realize it, I really appreciate the salesperson and have sincere gratitude for the patience he had with me.

Y’all, Taylor is amazing! I currently live in Sandy springs, I’ve been driving 30 minutes to get a reed from Taylor for 4 months now. I love her, she’s super nice and very professional. I recently brought my Fender Player Strat in for locking tuner installation, pickup replacement, and platinum setup. Travis did a great job; the guitar sounds and plays like a dream! Turnaround time was very quick (72 hours) and Travis called several times to provide updates along the way. I appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail, great experience!

My husband and I were shopping for a set of Roland V-drums for our younger son last weekend. I called Guitar Center Atlanta to ask about inventory and pricing. I spoke with Dracy who took his time to answer all my questions and told me they would price match the deal I found online. He was also thoughtful to confirm their inventory before we came down to the store. Their location did not have the drums in stock. So Dracy searched the other store locations and found them in the Marietta store. He created our order, matched the online special, and called the Marietta store to let them know we were coming. Dracy was so patient and so great to work with. We had the drums in our car by the end of the evening and a 6-year-old who couldn't stop smiling. :)

Absolutely packed with stock. I haven't seen an impressive selection that large in a guitar center in a long long time. Went in to get a marshall dsl40cr... got side tracked ogling all the gibsons les Paul's and my son was in heaven in the drum section.

Staff was very friendly that I engaged with. Happen to talk to the store manager briefly and he took alot of pride in his store and it shows.

Will drive extra distance to come back to this one.

Been dealing with guitar city for quite some time now even before it recently moved.theguys took time to listen to me and carefully explained to me about the instrument etc which was best for my need or not I felt at home

Fast Friendly and informative assistance everything I shop at Guitar Center..although shopping online with them is a nice convenience..it doesn't beat the experience of going into one of their stores to shop..it's like being in a whole new world..I've been a loyal customer since 2006..they never disappoint.
