A true scammer, a liar and a bully. Very condescending. Ignored all of my emails and calls to prolong the case so I can be charged more. Leslie is an accomplice to his scams. A thief. Shouldn’t be practicing in law Larry is a crook.

The most incompetent attorney I have ever had dealings with in my 25 year career. He is a crook, something just isn't right, as an association Attorney he needs to be fired. I was curious about the reviews and they validate my sentiments. RUN!

Larry is a crook. He will not respond for literally months. Then tack on late fees he pulled from you know where. I’m surprised a class action hasn’t been formed against him and this law firm. There are many different people here with the same story. No response followed by a demand for more money. Horrible, horrible immoral individuals that work for this law firm.

This guy is a crook, hired by my association to collect on past due fees, which we were having financial difficulty at the time. Charged astronomical fees and treats every one like he is somehow superior to them. When I am two months away from being completely paid in full he is now charging me more fees that he just made up. 150.00 for having to just talk to me when his sub par help couldn't answer a simple question. I sent him a check to fully pay off our payment agreement then he sends it back denying it cause I didn't pay him his 150.00 made up fee then charges me 150.00 for sending back a good check. This person, Larry, is as immoral and indecent as they come. He refuses to take my payment and won't relent on his made up fees. I can see why he has such bad reviews cause he is the typical snake lawyer.

Larry T. Cortez is a perfect example of a lawyer who use their profession to treat people with a condescending and bullying demeanor. Larry, I do not appreciate being accused of fraud in relation to a recent phone interaction with you. The fact that I have the same exact legal name as my husband does not require me to present this information to you, especially when YOU do not take the time to verify whether or not I am the homeowner during a phone call. A phone call in which I am rightfully defending my family against an unfair HOA collection case. You should have a long hard think about yourself and the repugnant way you treat people. It’s truly disgusting!

Sad excuse for a law firm. The fact that these people took the same tests as respectable lawyers is asinine. Their staff is apparently ready to jump on any case whether they have gathered sufficient factual evidence or not.

Their staff seems to also lack any form of knowledge of how to conduct a professional conversation. It seems that they let the fact that they somehow were able to actually pass the bar go to their head, and conduct themselves as if they're above all.

I would heavily suggest that a few of their employees, especially one "Tammy", re-educate themselves on ethical and professional behavior when speaking with those who have the unfortunate task of calling this firm.

This attorney has wasted my fiancées money & time. He ruined the case & it has affected our life tremendously . He completely abandoned case when we needed him the most. Such a desperate horrible feeling. We can't even fathom on how there are 2 five star reviews on here. Save yourself the NIGHTMARE!!!!

STAY AWAY. He will take your money and resolve nothing for you. He won't return phone calls and leave you in the dark for months! You would be wise to take your money and case elsewhere! I was left high and dry when it was most important for my case. I strongly do not recommend.

RUN FROM THIS ATTORNEY! He will rack up extremely unreasonable attorneys fees. He doesn’t care about what’s right and what’s wrong. No morals whatsoever. He is just out for your money no matter what it takes. Highly DO NOT recommend or trust this man.

Poor excuse of a law firm. Ridiculous fees, very condescending, and instead of helping during a pandemic, they take advantage and try to bend you over with outrageous charges. There’s a special place in the world for people like this
