Marion Nelson was the funeral home we used for both my father and mother, who passed away 4 years apart. During both of those services and burials, my family and I could not have been more pleased and grateful to the folks there. They did everything in their power to make certain we had all we needed. They used their expertise and experience to our benefit. Both times. They treated us with such respect it reminded me how folks used to treat each other. Every phone call was answered or returned. Every concern taken seriously. Really, I can not think of one thing I was dissatisfied about. And they made many suggestions that I would not have thought about. Last, they were honest and transparent about their costs - there were NO added costs. Everything was quoted out front and that is exactly what we ended up paying. This is a well run, honest and decent company.

Marion Nelson Funeral Home has been there for my loved ones. They have made the transition so easy and gracious. They have been there for me through my mother's buriel and now my dad's. They have been like a family through the whole thing. I not only recommend them I wouldn't use anyone else for my last good-bye to the ones I love. Thank you for all you have done and you still do.

Unfortunately we all have to deal with the loss of a loved one so close we have used Marion' Nelson a few times and Joy and the staff are wonderful with after grief help as well thankyou for your kindness and reaching out to us after all we been through they go out of there way to make you feel content 🙏

Marion Nelson handled my fathers funeral in 1999, my brothers in 2014 and now my mothers. Quite a few other relatives and friends have also used Marion Nelson. Every single service was handled with care and there were no problems. Joy was very thorough, calming and caring. Caitlin has been very helpful as well. On the day of the service Rick was very attentive. I’m sure I have forgotten someone so I will just stress that every person I had contact with was very professional and caring. They are still reaching out to see if I have any needs. I have no hesitation about highly recommending Marion Nelson Funeral Home.

Our Father passed away March 20, 2023 and Marion Nelson was extremely helpful and understanding during the entire process! We’ve never had to go through this before and they met with us and explained everything down to the detail! The staff was always nice and understanding! No matter if we called, emailed, or just showed up they always greeted us with a smile and did whatever they could to help out. Even the day of the funeral we made a last minute change and they didn’t complain and tell us no. Rather, they made the change and said it was no problem! I’d recommend this place 100 times over! The facility is nice and clean. The staff the day of the funeral/burial were amazing and I know it’s part of their procedures but at the burial they were so helpful and understanding as we made different decisions than we had originally planned! Marion Nelson was wonderful to work with to make sure that we had the best memorial service for my husband! We had pre-planned but was able to add services that made the memorial service wonderful!
