Shelby was our waitress and honestly one of the best servers we've had in awhile! Knowledgeable, spunky and an upseller!! What more can you ask for 🫶🩷 Beer is cold, food is soooo yummy and atmosphere is welcoming. The bathroom sinks are cute too!
Picture was of starters & then she explained how delicious the BBQ was so we left with a meal & the good for you collard greens!

I'm so happy to have found this place, I frequently travel to Texas and love Texas style BBQ, these guys are definitely the closest thing around, staff was super nice. Already went there twice in the last week!

Visited this part of Washington this weekend. We chose Jack’s BBQ for dinner Sunday evening. We had chips and queso, chilli, chicken, ribs, brisket, Mac n cheese and cornbread. It was all delicious and it went well with Whiskey. Will definitely stop by here, next time we are near this town.

Love this place! I have eaten here a couple of times and have ordered through UberEats. This was my first time ordering a full meal for Thanksgiving. I have to say I was not disappointed! Every dish was scrumptious!! The whole process from ordering to pick up was seamless and streamlined, and the staff were excited to see you. I hope there will be something like it at Christmas time. It was the first no stress holiday I have ever had! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Everything was great! The hush puppies are fluffy and perfect with their honey butter. Ask for 2 butter and no tartar.
Sausage and pulled pork were a bit on the salty side today, but with some sauce and bread it was great.
Brisket was amazing. Hands down.
Mac and cheese 3/5 average
Potato salad 4/5
Smoked mashed potatoes 3/5
Collard greens 5/5!
Make sure to ask for all the fixins too!

I ordered today around 10am on their system called Toast. It was ready in less than 15 mins and packaged neatly.
Wow. Great experience! You know it's going to be great Texas BBQ the moment you pull into the parking lot. The smell of the smokers is amazing.

Pulled pork 5/5
Regular sauce 4/5 taste great but a bit ketchupy
Spicy sauce 4/5 I would recommend this as the regular sauce and wish for something that's a little hotter. I'll ask next time!
Potato salad 4/5 nice 'mustardy' potato salad as they stated.
Mac and cheese 3/5 it was on the slightly dry side but taste good.

Husband and I was doing some Christmas shopping and decided we wanted to go try out Jack's smoked steaks we have been seeing advertised. We both got the 12oz ribeye asked for medium- rare, and both chose 2 sides, the Savory Ranch Beans & the Garlicky Mashed Potatoes. The sides were delicious! These beans were so good. I never had beans like that before. And the potatoes were more buttery then garlicky but still delicious. The steak on the other hand was lacking...We both asked for medium rare. What we got was more well done, which probably was why it was dry, and lacking flavor. I'm hoping it was just an off night for them. This was a Saturday evening about 4:30pm. We did have the best old fashioned we had in a long time. Super good! We will definitely be back, and try the ribeye again..

Seems like a low key place but a good one. The place is large and provides quite a bit of space for different size groups. Food is good and prepared well. Check it out when you crave your next bbq!

Recently moved here from AZ and the BBQ scene has been abyssmal. Jack's is the first place that gives me hope for good Texas style bbq in Washington. They have great sides and meats. Cooked low and slow for 18+ hours season with salt, pepper, and nothing else.

Staff and bartenders/ Shelby was sooper friendly and was able to help with whatever questions you have, either it’s your first timer or a pro foodie, yer bellies and satisfaction will be met here. This is a must place to get your grub on.

Everything was delicious! Killer pork ribs, brisket, corn bread (butter on it was devine!). Service was fast and friendly! Definitely recommend!

What a treat!!

I’ve been looking for some good BBQ since I got to WA. This place didn’t disappoint! From the smokestacks outside giving off that distinctive BBQ smell to the nice TX welcome inside. Host and waitress were AMAZING and explained everything well and in detail we were even able to get a PIT tour which in it self was great!! Now to the foods we ate.

We started off with some burnt ends (Brisket) together with The Pickle Jar (fried pickles/okra & jalapeños) Then we went for the Texas trio with Brisket, pulled pork and sausage. Or sides were, Queso Mac & cheese, coleslaw and corn pudding. This a place that I would 💯 recommend to anyone who loves BBQ and for someone that has been missing TX style. It was by far the best I’ve had this side of the Rio Grande!

What a wonderful find off West Valley Highway. This place is easily missed as you drive down the freeway, so make sure you go West Valley. The inside was amazing, huge, decorated very well, and a fairly large bar. Service was spectacular, our waitress was very polite and attentive, the staff arranged for us to do a pit tour and the chef prepping all the meat was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The bacon jam burger and French fries were yummy. We can’t wait to go back to this new to us gem for great bbq and service.

Nice friendly place with a really good brisket sandwich.. the barbecue is so well smoked and flavore you don't need barbecue sauce...but the barbecue sauce makes it better. The coleslaw could have a little more vinegar / acidity, but that could just be me. Pecan pie was tasty also. Most of all the servers were so nice and friendly.

If you're looking for that pull off the bone meat or that nice flabby fatty savory piece of brisket. This is the place. It's just like traveling to Texas and getting some good country BBQ. The sides also are so so yummy. This place knows food and does it right.

We had an early dinner tonight and it sure was tasty! Y'all need to check Jack's BBQ & Steakhouse down in Algona WA. We both had the brisket and shared our sides...garlic mashed potatoes and collard greens and the cornbread with honey butter... OMG! Everything was delicious and we have lunch for tomorrow! Yummy! 😋

Shelby our waitress was great, and the atmosphere was casual. I met a friend there and they let us sit there long after our DELICIOUS meal was devoured so we could chat. Food was great, awesome brisket and the brussel sprouts and collard greens were phenomenal! I will definitely go back!!! Prices were also reasonable.

Met a buddy here for lunch. Fun place and nice atmosphere with plenty of seating. It was really busy and seemed like only one server was working, but service was still great. I have the brisket burger. Buddy had the chopped brisket sammy. Both were really tasty. The mac n cheese was delicious. I just moved back from 3 years in central Texas and I miss having good bbq on every corner.

This location in Algona delivers BBQ food and sides as good as their Sodo location and the service was excellent (glasses refilled without asking). Delicious BBQ Brisket Sandwich with cheddar cheese (in place of American Cheese) was super delicious with tender juicy brisket between two toasted buns. Texas Caviar is a must order side and don't leave without trying the fries. These fries are the best I've ever had and I've been all over the world. These fries are served hot, crispy, soft inside with a delicious spicy crust. If you have time, take a brief tour of their smokers outside.

Jacks BBQ is my favorite in the area hands down and I just moved here from Kansas City last year. Some of the best pulled pork I've had and I also really enjoy their chicken, brisket, and jalapeno sausage. I'm pretty much eating my way through the menu lol. They have great specials throughout the week. Can't wait to try their chicken tenders!
