Absolutely fabulous customer service!! My right passenger side tire was ruined making my car undriveable. I didn’t have a spare. I had my car towed to Neighborhood Automotive after hours and left them a message on their voicemail regarding who I was and what my car was doing there. They called me the following morning and we discussed what needed to be done, which was get 2 new front tires (the front driver side tire didn’t have much life left in it either). I called Discount Tire and purchased the 2 tires over the phone. Bill dropped my rims off at discount tire, went back to his garage while they mounted the tires onto the rims, then went back and got them and returned to his garage to put everything back on my car. AND charged an extremely reasonable price for all that running around. AND both Bill and the lady that I spoke with were so nice and willing to do what it took to help me. Idk how they are with any other automotive repair, but if it’s even close to their customer service, it’s outstanding!! I know the first place I’ll call next time I need a repair! Thanks, y’all!! You’re the best!!

Changed my alternator, Bill and the guys did the job quick and efficiently. I’ve been dealing with this place for several years - no complaints! I’m sure I will continue to use them for years to come.
It’s 2022. I still use this place hands down the first call I make whenever I have any automotive issues!

Just did some work to my Honda - perfect repair - no leaks!!

Bill and his team do great work. They do not over promise, nor do they under deliver. His quotes are always spot on. I have been a customer with him for more than 12 years. I recommend this shop without hesitation.

Absolute best mechanic in town. They are Trustworthy, honest & reliable. Bill went the extra mile making sure I understood everything in detail that needed to be fixed and how to check it on my own for upkeep. My car drives great now and A/C is fixed for a super reasonable cost! He even polished my headlight that i could never get clean as an extra! I will refer neighborhood mechanic to all my clients friends and family 10/10!!

If you are looking for a dependable and HONEST mechanic, look no further. When my husband was alive, this was something that he would take care of it all so all this is new to me. I had a couple of numbers written down and Bill's number was the second one that I called. After speaking with him, I knew right away that he was a good person and wasn't going to try to rip me off. I brought in my GMC Envoy to get looked at and when I went to pick it up, he explained things to me in a way that I could understand which I really appreciated. Another thing was that he didn't charge me an arm and leg to get two new cylinders which was a plus. Neighborhood Auto Services will be my go to place for all my car needs. Thank you Bill.

I’ve been taking my car here for a few years, best service I’ve ever received from an auto shop hands down. They are prompt keep you informed and they’re honest about what you need done not to mention that they don’t charge an arm and a leg for labor.

Your 50 years of service and your exceptional skills and computer and diagnostic, and I love your outstanding customer service and professionalism and checking all my fluids and cleaning the headlights before I left. You were never afraid to help me and my car started the first time and no more radiator neck problems without replacing the radiator. You are brillant mechanic from heaven You didn't care about the mileage, but about fixing the problem and getting my car on the road. Highly recommend using this location. Bill has always taken care of me and some co workers. Always good pricing and does work as fast as he can get it done. The only place I take my vehicles since 2016.

Bill has helped me multiple times over the past several years with my 2008 Equinox. This shop is easy to overlook driving by on 41 but way better than all the other shops in the area so be sure to give them a try. They cost less and do better work, even the little extras at no additional charge, like correct your tire pressure and oil levels. They are quick and honest. I won't take my car anywhere else!

My family and I have been coming here since 1998. Bill is a great, amazing person and an amazing mechanic. It's rare when a mechanic does what's right and not take advantage of people. They have saved us thousands of dollars over the years. There isn't anywhere else I'd take my and I refer all my friends there!

If my family can’t perform the work themselves this is where we take our automobiles. Bill and his staff are very trustworthy. Trust being the main concern for most people visiting a mechanic. Family-owned, honest, friendly. Plain old good folks.

My parents have been using Neighborhood Auto for years. Now that I am responsible for taking care of my own car, I now know why. I own a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee that needed a new foul pump. I took it to the dealership who quoted me $2000.... $2000 to change a foul pump??? I then called Neighborhood in which they told me the cost of the part and Quoted me a reasonable $$ amount that made sense and had it fixed the next day. Kind people, quality service, and trusting. I will recommend them to anyone.

Bill has done great work on my car and saved me thousands of dollars in repairs versus chain repair shops

Bill has repaired all of my cars, even re-repairing shoddy work done by other "America" repair shops. Always gives an honest estimate and doesn't pile on a lot of other unnecessary stuff to jack up the cost. Bill will continue to get the business for any repair I need.

I have known Bill Abdou, the owner for 25 years. Great mechanic, honest reliable work. He has also become a great friend while working on my toys over the years.

This is the first and only place I do and will take my cars to be repaired. Bill is the guy that you look for in a mechanic. He's honest, fair and ALWAYS does a great job. It doesn't get much better.
