Walmart Supercenter

The employee Webster, went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in locating a last minute Christmas item. I absolutely commend him on his ability to be helpful but his customer service was the best I have seen in a Walmart since the 2000’s… phenomenal employee with incredible adamant service. Very impressed.

We went early afternoon on black Friday and the crowds were no worse than an average weekend. Shelves seemed to be well stocked and the store was in good order. Parking was not a problem. We did self check out and walked up to the register, no waiting.

Always pick up items. Order ready 15 min before scheduled time and accurate. Occasionally have substituted items, better than what I requested.

A very nice and neat store. They had the Fisher Price Little People Hot Wheels Race Car Track set and all the different extra cars. The race track comes with two cars but why not buy more? I bought this for my one year old grandson for Christmas. I know it's early to purchase for Christmas but the way the last few years have been I rather buy toys when they are in stock instead of having a last minute panic going on right before Christmas day.

Online order placed for pickup. Order was correct. The young gentleman was polite, helpful, and efficient when he brought the stuff outside.

I shop a variety of home goods all under one roof. Items are easy to find on the shelves, from the aisle to aisle. There are sections with clearance items. The items costs at a lower price than initially marked. A lot of saving in the clearance sections.

Awesome store everyone is so cool to you there.

I went into the pickup section. I told them my names and got my order. So easy. Excellent service.

Carrie at the self checkout on the back is so amazing! She was very sweet and polite. She helped me with no issues. I really appreciate her!

I use Walmart Supercenter in Kennesaw for my groceries order and pick up. Always fast, never wait and courteous associates. Love them

Needed photos for my sister's Memorial service and they were helpful getting it done during a very stressful time.

Love this walmart even tho it's not a super walmart less crowded friendly(er) staff ...I even transferred all my rx here and THEIR staff (pharmacy) is so helpful and understanding...

Always friendly I only have been using pick up since pandemic and have never went back. #selfspoiled

11/06/2023: No change. Prior: Spanish Returns lady was Fabulous. Cashier was Fantastic. Store was clean and cool. Lots of cashier's today. Price Gouging by Oligarchy Fascist Capitalist still Rampant. Several grocery items not being date checked or rotated. No Wild Caught Shrimp, Tuna. No Perdue Chicken Livers. Unlike other Walmarts, when you return a grocery item without a receipt here to exchange for the correct selection you are NOT Allowed. You must purchase the same mistake. Does anyone see an angle Here to get around your return by This store's management?

Mike was very helpful and kind in helping me locate an item in the hardware department.

Carrie, at the register, asked whether I had found everything that I was looking for. I told her that I found everything except I couldn't find the outdoor bird feed, and I pointed toward the indoor pet food area. There was no one waiting behind me so she turned off her register light and led me to the aisle where the outdoor bird feed was displayed (a different part of the store). I snagged a large bag and followed Carrie back to the register with a smile on my face.

This trip, I was picking up 5 one gallon jugs of distilled water. I use it in my Keurig (sorry I'm not a great speller) coffee maker. Walmart is 8 to 12 cents cheaper. When I'm going by Walmart to another location. I will stop and pick some up.

My first time being at this location and I am very impressed. The store is very clean. The layout of the store is different then what I have seen and I was able to make my way through the store and find what I needed without asking anyone.

I've been to many Walmarts in all of the places I've lived and this was one of the better ones. I was greeted very nicely by an employee, which then turned into a conversation about the jersey I was wearing (TB12). I then was trying to find grapes and they were only on the end of the organic shelves so I thought they were organic. The employee there informed me no, they were not organic, but then proceeded to go into the back to get me fresh ones. We had a nice talk about teaching. Checkout was easy. Everything was clean, bright, and fresh. I wish I could shop at this one all the time, but it's about 30 minutes away. Worth it if I'm in the area though.
