The community is well-kept and visually pleasing! Special thanks to Kiara in the leasing office who made the process really simple and speedy for me. We really need more property managers with her level of patience and kindness. Even though it was the same news every day, she was very communicative and called to give me an update! She has an air of spirit that I adore! genuinely assisted me during the whole moving in procedure. She checked to make sure I understanding everything. She is attentive in her attention to detail, and I also like my new home

Very nice. We had to pass because of my job but I wish we could live here. Kiara was amazing. Best customer service experience I honestly ever had while looking for a home. Professional, funny and very invested in our situation and concerns. I don’t have an appointment but she still gave stellar attention to detail during a walk in. 10/10

Ms Kiara literally helped me through the entire move in process. She made sure I understood everything that was going on. She payes close attention to detail and Fulton Pointe should be truly grateful to have such an amazing employee!! 10/10 I would definitely recommend her.

Kiara was amazing we walked in and she helped us complete the application and let us see the apartment. She was very communicative she called everyday to update me even if it was the same update! I love her and her spirit! When you visit these apartments ask for Kiara Myers she is AMAZING!!!

man i don't know where to start. the assistant manager kiara was so nice and sweet and her customer service skills was a1. i been to many places and never received the service she gave anywhere else. she called me everyday to update me with where we are in the process and she even bought me gifts (common things to use around the house) when i moved in. kiara is the most amazing property manager out there and she needs a promotion because the way she handled the front office when i came in to do my application was amazing as well multi tasking and working hard she couldnt catch her breath but she never broke a sweat either. she made me and the person on the phone and the 2 other tenants feel like we was important and not unheard. we need more like her.

I've been residing in this wonderful apartment complex for around four months now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The neighborhood is a peaceful haven, providing a welcome escape from the city. It's a place where I can unwind and truly call home.

The units are modern and spotlessly clean, and the management team is impressively responsive, making living here an absolute pleasure. Even though I haven't encountered any issues, it's reassuring to know that maintenance is always ready to help. In short, this complex offers not just a place to live, but a welcoming community where I've found comfort and contentment.

I feel so comfortable at Fulton pointe apartments the assistant and the assistant manager are top notch. They are so welcoming and so nice and they care about their residents. It’s truly an honor having La’Ren on the team here at Fulton Pointe Apartments. Since she’s been here we’ve noticed major improvements and more residents participating in helping keep our apartment complex safe and clean.

No matter how big or small the tenant’s issues are, she’s always open minded and easy to talk too. I’m glad she’s here and the other tenants feel the same way. We hope she’s here to stay for good! Having a good staff that cares about the property and its tenant’s, shows we’re moving in the right direction.

Im new to the area and in search of affordable housing. The front desk agent was great!!!! She made me feel comfortable and explained all my options for housing. She took away the stress and anxiety most places give you when they are pushing you to sign. She was very patient and that's what I liked the most :)

This marks my 4th year at Fulton Pointe. The changes and improvements I have witnessed have been very incredible. It doesn’t even look like the same drab property I initially moved into. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, caring and trustworthy. The property manager Ms. Jackie runs a tight ship with her staff as well as her expectations of the residents. Ms. Jackie is very personable. She respects and encourages everyone here to be their best, do their best and expect the best. She makes us aware of community initiatives that can help us with various life situations. Ms. Byrd was recently promoted and Ms. Jackie made sure will had an opportunity to celebrate her and say our good buys and well wishes. I could really go on about some of the wonderful activities and contest we’ve had but I end here by saying; often times we write long negative reviews, bashing people and places. We seldom put in the time to spotlight excellence. When I moved in I swore I would only be here a year. Now, I’m not so sure when I’ll leave.Thank you Ms. Jackie and Mr. Larry who dived into the dumpster one day searching for my ruby ring. Each one of you here at Fulton Pointe Rock!!

La’Ren was so great to work with. She made sure that she took care of everything I needed to get squared away while I was in the office. Definitely rating her 5 stars! I would do 10 if it were possible. I really appreciate your hard work and time!

I recently moved from Fulton Point Apartments’s formally known as saddle Brooke... the complex was taken over by dominion who changed the name to Fulton point. The frost part of my stay (under saddle Brooke) was not the most pleasant management was lacking in all areas!! When I say Dominion came in I got home and it was Fulton point they put up a new sign fixed the fence changed landscaping making repairs all over!! I love it!! And the property manager Mrs. Jacqueline and Ms. Shannon Are amazing they treats you with such respect and care!! A bitter sweet moment for me. But blessed to have shared the time under their management.

My son was in search of an apartment and asked me to help him. There were 2 other places in the area that we tried besides Fulton Pointe. The deciding factor was the cleanliness of the community and the professionalism and customer service received from the staff @ Fulton Pointe, specifically, Ms. Jacqueline Goodloe. Her responsiveness in returning our calls along with her enthusiasm about Fulton Pointe sealed the deal for us. It seemed to us she not only cared about the property she managed but also cared about the people in the community. This is my son's first apartment so this kind of interaction made both he and I feel welcomed, valued and safe which is extremely important in these times. I appreciate Ms. Goodloe's professionalism and expertise and look forwarding to dropping by to say hello to her the next time I visit my son.

Matthias is a very hard worker and professional and he cares about his job. We need more people like him. Please recognize him for his excellent customer service.

I have lived here since 2016. I must admit Donminion has showed up and showed out. I love the new changes in the community they have improved this neighborhood by getting new light fixtures, painting, landscaping and a lot more. The manager Jacqueline and her staff is very helpful. I’m excited about the new changes here.

I am a 72 year old woman living at Fulton pointe. Although I was told that the manager Ms. Jacqueline Goodloe was out on medical leave, she still reached out to me to wish me a Happy Birthday. it made me feel so special thank you Ms. Jacqueline for your thinking of me
