I called Pinnacle for a free estimate. I believe it was Michael that came out the next day and sat with my husband and I as we went over all our options. He was VERY nice, friendly and knowledgeable. We also spoke to Dan and Jon briefly. They both were also VERY helpful and kind. They all were really genuine in their efforts to help us which is a breath of fresh air nowadays. Thanks again guys! Pinnacle did an amazing job. From when Jon Christie came to quote until the crew finished the project, there was nothing but great customer service and quality work. I had a specific request to make sure there wasn't screws and metal scrap left around the yard and driveway, and they went above and beyond to make sure my property was clean when they were finished. The crew was hardworking, polite, and did not interfere with our day to day life at all. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of having Dan Skierski come to my house this morning to do some repair work on my roof. He is absolutely the most pleasant and helpful person. Big John Cooke & his team @ Pinnacle Roofing group came out and installed our metal roof, their service was great and on time..Great customer service & great communication. I used Pinnacle for my metal roof which was completed 01/25/2024. For starters Aaron was amazing. He was very informative and not in any way pushy. The construction was on time and the workers were kind. During the installation the workers accidentally broke my security light and pinnacle immediately made it right when I told them about it. I am very happy with their work and ethics

There were not the cheapest quote but they were the only ones to come out meet with me and spend over an hour with me answering my questions. The work got done quick and the new roof looks great. Call Pinnacle and ask for Doug. Real honest and knowledgeable guy who communicates throughout the whole process. After the roof was done they came out and cleaned up and removed all the tar that was in the walls. Call Doug and you’ll be taken care of,

Amazing Job beginning to end for my new roof! 5 Stars all the way. The entire team that worked on our roof was impressive especially Dan Skierski. We were very thankful that he was there to guide us through this process. He was there from the beginning to the end. He explained how the process worked, options we had, guidance with our HOA approval (even dropped off and picked up paperwork), and was there to check in during the new roof installation, and once it was completed.

- Team members showed up the day before the job to prep the property. covered our bushes and other parts of the house with tarps to ensure nothing else would get damaged during the new roof installation.
- Roofers showed up on time every day, early first light, began work, and ended at sunset. Nonstop, get down to business right away. I was very impressed with them.
-Project Managers were there to monitor, give updates to us.
- Everyone took the time to introduce themselves to me, shook my hand.
- Cleanup was fantastic. I did not find any old shingles, nails, rubbish of any kind.

Jason Serrano was really helpful and nice. This was our first roof and he walked us through the process and was there for any questions we had. He was super nice and friendly, answered our questions in a timely manner and gave us updates on our project. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof to call Jason and his crew.

The salesman Doug was great and provided a lot of information. The roofing team came in to install the roof and cleaned up everything once they were done. We spotted an issue at the completion point and the company came over right away, and the issue was fixed the next morning. They were professional, always returned calls and showed up when necessary. Pinnacle roofing group replaced the roof and skylights on my home recently. They arrived on time, worked quickly in a safe and professional manner, and used only top-rated products. They did all of the wood repairs and replaced all of the flashings including around the chimney. They were not the most expensive quote I received and also were not the least expensive. On doing some research I learned the quality of the products they use is unsurpassed. I am extremely happy with their service and heartily recommend them if you are looking for a roofer.

The company and crew were very prompt with service. They gave me a very competitive estimate of repairs and installation and held to their contracted price. The construction crew was very good, and made sure they cleaned up all loose nails and other debris. They were a great help for me to keep areas of my back yard available for my dogs to use during this time. The quality of roofing process and materials used were superior to other companies. Doug was very thorough in the presentation of the materials and the various steps used when getting a new roof with Pinnacle. I got 3 estimates and Doug was the only person that explained the process and materials, the others just handed me a piece of paper. The employees kept in touch and kept me posted as to where we were at in the process and when the job would start. The job started and was completed on time. They cleaned up all the debris, you would not know they had been there. The employees were very polite and professional. It was a very good experience
