Came here to support a Black Owned Business…unfortunately when I came no one was there. The store hours states opens at 10am but it’s 10:15am and they are still closed. Been waiting since 9:50 thinking someone was setting up to open today. Hate to give 1 star but had no choice.

This is now my go to store! Awesome store! Organized had a lot of products that you will need plus more! I needed hair wax and The owner was very kind and attentive to helping me find the exact product I needed!

Went in to purchase a few last minute hair products for the girls and I and came out with more than I truly expected. First and foremost the customer service was absolutely AMAZING. Not to mention the shared business advise from one BLACK OWNED small business owner to another. Our conversation was truly uplifting/ inspiring. I really did enjoy my shopping experience. I will certainly be an returning customer. I definitely will recommend others to shop there as well. I absolutely LOVE too see us WIN.

I read the reviews before coming here and am happy to say that what I've read, was a direct reflection of my own personal experience! The minute I stepped into the store I was warmly greeted by a beautiful soul who made me feel so welcomed! I found a few of my favorite products to be cheaper than what I usually get them for anywhere else, as well as a variety of all natural based products! I'm so excited that this store is Black Owned! Love supporting black businesses! Store was very neat and easy to navigate. Good selection of products, transparent pricing. Salesman was polite, knowledgeable and helpful! I don't live on this side of town, but might have to make a special trip.

Ive visited this beauty supply store 4 times in the last month. I was always greeted upon entry and the owner was always friendly and asked if I needed assistance. If a product I needed was not in stock he is always quick to say he'll order it. Pleasant experience, I am definitely making them my main supply store.

Very personable owner and great prices on all products. She was so good in helping everything I needed. I came back a second time today and she was amazing. Definitely one of my favorite stores and I’ll be back soon !!

Black-owned beauty supply store. Prices comparable to other beauty supply stores in the area. Owner is friendly and open for suggestions on what products to stock in the store....if you need/want it, he is willing to get it.

Found me a beauty supply store and representative that I can trust. Tasha is amazing and very knowledgeable. She is knowledgeable with men’s beard, hair and grooming products (Koils by. Natural my preference). Gemstone Beauty Store as a vast variety, of products catering to people of color. I love the fact that it’s black owned.

FANTASTIC! Wonderful experience and great selection. So much so that I what should have been a $1 purchase turned into almost $12. Yes, I was more than willing to extra, as a reflection of the service and the fact that it's black owned. I will be back!
