Always helpful and free water testing. Can't say enough about how great they are!! Even checked and tested my chlorinator. Even gave us contact for Salt Solutions to help with a repair they couldn't do.

I miss your former employee Mr Craig a lot. He was a real diamond.

A lot of people including myself have made many comments, both good and bad about Leslie Pools. However the most endearing facts about Leslie Pools are these:

1. They give their customers very high priority.

2. While the response from individual employees might vary depending on the individuals disposition, the company in its entirety tries it’s best for their customers.

3. They are leaders in their business. Their competitors dont even come close to providing their high quality of service and standards.

4. They maintain their high standards among all their stores.

5. They surpass their competitors in customer service.

Craig is awesome. I have never seen anyone that takes the time and effort to make sure that you understand and have everything that you need to assist with the care of your pool. I recommend everyone shop at this store in order that you can experience the helpful and sincere care that Craig offers to all of his customers. He is over the top with being there for his customers. I can't thank him enough for being there for our family.

I only would buy products at this Leslie's location! Craig is always so personable and always goes out of his way to help in any way he can. He genuinely cares for people! Thank you Craig for your knowledge and kindness. It is greatly appreciated!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, especially Craig. He helped me with many problems I had with the pool, and he always tried to look for the cheaper option to take care of a problem (like rebuilding the pump instead of buying a new one). Prices are higher than other places, but quality is also higher than other brands sold at other stores. But for a big item (like a salt chlorinator for example), it's always better to buy it online. Just make sure you get the same model and brand.

I work for a local propane company and was in search for a specific part for an install we were to perform. Craig did not have that part at his location, but he took great care in helping us locate the part we needed! What a guy.

Just want to say that this place wasn't my cup of tea until I met Mr. Craig! WHAT A GENTLEMAN!
He takes time and pleasure in educating his his customers in all their pool question! He'll only sell you what you need and never pressure the customers in buyin anything they don't want to buy! I believe that Craig is an honest man helping people solve their pool problems! Leslie is my swiming pool store as long as craig is there!

A complete store: from parts, motors, supplies Leslie's has it. Friendly staff who will provide how to use, replace your pool parts. They also offer H2O test with results to keep your pool the envy of your neighborhood!

Friendly service. Craig is a wealth of information when it comes to pool chemicals and equipment. The location is super convenient and parking is always available.

I love this store location and its staff. I just bought an older home (vacant) that had a pool with a diamond brite finish. The pool was supposedly being taken care of by a company, but apparently they were cutting corners or just did not know what to do. The home is on well water, so there is a lot of metal in the water. Chlorine and metal = oxidation = rust. There was yellowing, (rust) staining on the walls BUT not on the bottom. I was skeptical I could get that off and need to resurface. (my previous pool was Pebble Tec so you rarely see these problems) - The original pool guy servicing the home, recommended possibly draining and acid wash ?? or have the Jack's Magic rep come to my home ?? Being a DIYer I went to Leslie's and spoke with Craig. Craig listen to me drone on about the history and gave me options. For under $100 - I got 3 chemicals that worked amazingly. 1 chemical to reduce the chlorine, 1 chemical to bind the metal, and 1 to remove the staining (ascorbic acid). He even wrote down all the steps on a worksheet with the exact amounts and times. I followed them exactly (though I had too much chlorine I had to reduce the chlorine a 2nd time) - this morning I wake up and CRYSTAL CLEAR an BLUE finish - Thanks Leslie's and in particular THANK YOU Craig. You don't find too many businesses willing to take the time to actually help you so you get real results.

Craig is a fantastic manager ... always willing to spend time with the customers to make sure they get what they need ... tremendous knowledge of all facets of pool care and equipment!

I had yellow staining on my pool cleaner, all the jets and plastic parts. The associate said it was metal in the water from the leaves (I have no screen) over the winter and recommended a couple of chemicals to get the metal out and get rid of the stains. I was skeptical since the stains seemed so severe but I was willing to try. The associate was right, one application and the stains were gone just like an infomercial. They do know their stuff at this location.

My vacuum bag ripped at the job, they got me back in business quickly and saved me from wasting an hour driving back to my shop. Thanks for the great service every time!

Craig helped me so much. Very friendly and knowledgeable and outstanding customer service. I will be going there from now on for all of my pool needs.

Craig, the store manager is awesome. He is an expert with pool's and provides excellent advice and service.

Wayne is the man! I went in there not knowing anything about my pool and he took the time to explain everything and walked me through everything I needed. He even explained how to use it. Amazing experience!

It's all about the service. Everything costs about the same everywhere, but when you get service like this I will continue to drive clear across the county just to do business with these guys.
