Using anyone else as a closing agent would be nonsensical. Chad and his assistant Diane are awesome. When trying to sell our home, the buyer was very unreliable. Long story short, the day of closing the buyer was supposed to come in at 3:30 and close. The buyer did not show up until after hours. The documents were not signed until after 9pm. Diane had us sign the closing documents early and held in trust so that we did not have to stay late. Completely epic if you ask me. I am unaware of any other closing agent who would put so much effort into a closing. I am very thankful the God had brought this closing agent into my families life. I am pretty sure that with any other agent my house would still not be sold. So thankful!

Chad and his office staff are fantastic! We closed quickly and on time. Chad was accommodating and answer every question we had. This is the most expensive purchase we have ever made and Chad and team went out of their way to answer all of our questions to make us feel securing in our purchase. If I ever need title work done Chad will be my first call!
