My fiancé was here waiting to be transferred. Whenever I called asking a question about him, I would be hung up on or nobody could give me correct information. Everyone was rude and uninterested in helping in any way!

Horrible horrible horrible. No one tells you what’s going on to your loved ones. The co’s give their liked inmates special priorities and treat them differently then everybody else. Even time you call to ask questions you get a different answer every time. Stop letting the CO’s treat some inmates better than the others. Switch up the pod jobs and let everyone participate. Be fair.

Customers service was rude. The person who answer sounded like they could care less about helping me. Over all nasty adittude.

Called to ask questions , to check on inmate . Staff was VERY rude . Didnt seem to care i was trying to talk to them , talking to others in background and questioning me about the question i had JUST ASKED. Very unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars I would very rude staff

10/10 would jail here again
