Federal Way Supreme Self Storage

Super easy to get my unit started. I even requested a specific building and they had it. I put a memo in online when I reserved a unit and, unlike so many other places I have been, they actually read it and were already prepared for that odd request. It was cool.
The only suggestion I would make would be to estimate a little bit up when estimating how much it will be total for move-in. I did have to run back out for a little more cash because the office person estimated about $10 under what it was going to cost. Not a big deal, just a suggestion.

Got helped by Derrick, great guy knows what he's doing, very friendly and helpful, would definitely use their services again.

We had a very good experience renting a unit from Supreme Self storage. The property is very clean and feels very safe. He had to switch to a bigger unit over the past weekend and the property manager Derek did a fantastic job helping us to accommodate our request. We would definitely recommend them!

DEREK was AMAZING. We were in a rush (I had to get unloaded and the truck back to the uhaul). I called ahead of time to ask about a second unit and Derek went over the pricing for a bigger unit versus a second one and got us the best price possible 😁!!. Then I lost the keys to the new unit and Derek was there again with a smile ready to help us out. As we were unloading the car he was drilling and getting the new lock ready. Thank you again Derek you were not only awesome but friendly and professional. You took alot of stress off of us!!

I've needed a storage unit for so long but was so intimidated by the process. I went in to the office and was helped by Derek who quickly made me feel welcome and safe at this facility. He showed me different size units to make sure I would be able to fit what I needed to store and before I knew it I was moving my stuff in. Units are clean, access is great, and prices are great (ask for a move in special). You have to provide your own lock, and insurance is an added cost. Definitely recommend!

After submitting an online reservation request, I was a little disappointed not to have heard back after a couple days. After all, the online request is supposed to make everything seamless and easy. So I called and spoke to Alex. His customer service was impeccable. Kind, courteous and helpful on the phone. Apologetic about the lack of communication. Went the extra mile to secure my business.

Alex was very kind and super helpful! He explained everything in detail without being overbearing. The facility is beautiful and clean, and almost all of the units look pretty easy to get to! This was the easiest part of my moving experience, very thankful for this place and experience!
