I have nothing but raving reviews for my first visit. This was literally the best dental visit I’ve ever had in my life. From the respectful and amazing staff. To the modern technology in tools and X-rays. The doctors consultation was so refreshing and he was so transparent about my needs and the cost of it all. Really love this place!

I cannot speak highly enough about this practice - exceptional experience! The staff and Dr. Jacobs were fantastic, from their attention to detail to their commitment to patient comfort and care.

Dr. Jacobs was my 'second opinion' dentist, and I'm thrilled I found him. Every step was explained and handled expertly. Thanks for two new crowns, Dr. Jacobs!

It was my first visit and Dr. Jacobs went over everything, taking the time we needed for questions and conversation, including his approach which was thoughtful and what I call real… conservative.

For someone who has not liked going to the dentist for all kinds of reasons, I know I am in good hands, here.

I’d love to go on and write a whole paragraph about how amazing this place is but I’ll keep it short and sweet. The whole office is always super clean, like top 3 cleanest places I’ve ever stepped foot in. The front desk staff are always super kind and helpful. The girl who did my routine cleaning today (whose name I’ll add when I can remember) was super nice, attentive and very professional. And of course how could I forget Dr. Jacobs, who stopped by and took the time to explain to me exactly how a teeth whitening procedure would work and gave me tips to prepare for it. I’d definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist to come here because trust me you will not be disappointed. So much for not writing a paragraph.

I’ve had bad experiences in the past with ill fitting molds and fillings that caused pain and nerve inflammation. Same day appointment was given to me when I was in pain. They were clear about insurance coverage and cost. Dr.Jacobs recommended an endo surgeon for my root canal - who performed the procedure the same week. I came back to Dr.Jacobs for a crown and he did it seamless and painless with full transparency. Even the front staff are extra nice. The atmosphere is upscale and clean. 10/10 recommended

They even have a low cost for patients without insurance so you can get top tier routine care without paying $1000.00. I recommended a few family members and my finance for an appointment. Teeth are important!!!

Hands down the best dentist office experience I’ve ever had. It’s the nicest dentist office I’ve ever seen. The dentist was incredibly attentive and spent a good amount of time with me. All the staff were incredibly nice. I will definitely be using this dentist for as long as I live in this area.

This was the BEST dentist experience I’ve ever had. I have anxiety when going to the dentist and they were AMAZING. I don’t say this lightly. They really took care of me, explained everything and came up with a treatment plan. They took their time to give me the best experience and I am SO thankful. I will never go anywhere else now!!

I had a dental emergency over the holidays and Dr. Jacobs came in to see me. He had given his entire staff the week off so he was there by himself. Speaks volumes how a doctor treats his staff and I was really impressed by this. Dr. Jacobs is also a perfectionist and will not let you leave until he makes sure everything is right, he will do things over multiple times if need be. He is also constantly training his assistants and speaks so patient and kind when doing so. He fixed a front tooth of mine that was chipped and the result was so natural my husband couldn’t even see where it was done. I’m so impressed with this doctor, and the whole staff and am elated to have found them!

10 stars out of 5, I’ve never had such a friendly yet professional and luxurious experience at the dentist like I did here. You’ll be glad you came to this facility.

I am so happy I found Dentistry of Sandy Springs! Madison led me through the process of KOR Ultra-T to get an amazing and effective whitening of my tetracycline stained teeth. I had thought it was impossible for so many years, and now I can smile confidently. Thank you Madison for your support and cheering me on through the process! And I will add, Dr. Jacobs is great at explaining everything to you, very thorough, and their office staff is the friendliest you will find. I've changed to this practice permanently.

The office is gorgeous and in a great location. Parking is a breeze.

Making an appointment was super easy. The office staff are nice and attentive. They are super quick at verifying insurance and finding the best time which would work with my schedule.

Dentistry of Sandy Springs is awesome! The visit to my new dental office "Dentistry of Sandy Springs" was awesome. Dr. Jacob came in right away to introduce himself and check my teeth. He said my teeth were in good shape and for me not to worry about teeth loss. The asst. was nice and very gentle. The office style is modern and sheek. I even watched television on the ceiling! I recommend you check them out.

Dr. Jacobs and staff were friendly and thorough. They explained their process and medical rationale. Space was clean, inviting, and high tech. I felt very comfortable during my entire visit, 10/10 would recommend!

I could not have asked for more! I appreciated his conservative approach because as I am an “older” general dentist, I know how much I have allowed my dental health to lapse recently. Dr Jacob’s really takes time to go over your treatment plan and does excellent work. The office is immaculate and the staff are great and I’m always greeted by name and with a smile. Definitely recommend this office.

Recently I had a procedure done in which I had several teeth removed at once. Dr. Jacobs and the staff were incredibly kind, patient, were very clear in communicating what would occur during the procedure and what my recovery process should be in order to make it a smooth one. This is a Dentistry practice that I feel extremely confident with putting my health in the care of. Every visit or other interaction I have had with the doctor and staff here has gone extremely well; I've been pleased with the results of all my treatments, and the front staff office is very informative and pleasant to deal with, all around great! The office itself also seems to be really well kept up, clean and pristine, yet very modern and inviting. Additionally, the location is convenient if you have some other errands to run around the area, are going to do some shopping, or want to visit a restaurant ( which you may or may not want to do depending on what's going on with your teeth, of course ). Overall, I feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful place for my dental health care - a big thank you to the doctor and all the staff!!

Dr. Jacobs and his staff were extremely professional, efficient and transparent. Upon arrival to the clinic, I was shown a sheet of all tentative services and my expected payment for the day. Within two minutes, I was in a seat. Dr. Jacobs performed the most thorough dental exam I've ever had. The facility is conveniently located in a shopping plaza, providing ample parking, and the short wait time added to the overall positive experience. Scheduling appointments was a breeze.
