We went to Center For TMJ Therapy: Dr. Manoj Maggan after my daughter had a sports related accident, ball to the face. The entire experience from beginning to end was great. The staff is excellent and welcoming. The doctor’s treatment and understanding of her needs was spot on. The office has a variety of ways to pay for their services and for my daughter's needs was well worth the cost. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Maggan. He is always timely and professional. He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable.

Also, the entire office staff contributed to a positive experience. From scheduling appointments to addressing any concerns, the team was professional and friendly.

I was terrified when I started experiencing pain and clicking in my jaw. I had no idea what treatment was possible and my dentist wasn't able to share a lot of information. When I was recommended to Dr. Maggan at Center for TMH & Sleep Therapy, I was pleasantly surprised by his expertise and the friendliness of his staff. They all walked me through each step, helped me with a finance plan, and made sure that I was comfortable. Before going into the care and treatment with Dr Maggan, I was in sever pain and loss of function. I am diagnosed with TMJ and moderate degenerative joint disease. I am a young adult mid thirties. I tried other forms of intervention (Botox, physical therapy and conservation techniques) however nothing had helped. When I began treatment using the mouth device, I have made huge progress where I have gained significant degrees in range of motion and decreased pain. My quality of life has significantly improved since intervention with Dr Maggan.

I visited Dr. Maggan with TMJ issue. Dr. Maggan explained complex dental issues in simple terms He addressed my jaw pain, jaw clicking, and snoring issues and I am extremely happy with the treatment. Jamie and rest of the staff were very accommodating and responsive to make the overall experience a pleasant one.

Dr. Maggan and his team are wonderful! They have helped me tremendously with my TMJ. His nurse is super sweet and fun to talk to and the ladies at the front desk are also kind. Although it is a bit out of the way for me, I feel that it has been worth my time coming here. My experience at Center for TMJ and Sleep Therapy has absolutely changed my life! I struggle with TMJ as a result of grinding my teeth and the jaw pain I was experiencing was never considered serious by doctors and dentists in the past. The staff at this practice genuinely cares about their patients wellness. I was fitted for a daytime and overnight orthotics and the treatment started helping immediately. Incredible experience and recommended to anyone struggling with jaw pain.

My jaw was locked for 3 hours and in very sharp pain. Came here and Dr. Maggan managed to get it unlocked. He also explained how the jaw works and how mine was locked. Great experience and care, saved me from a great deal of pain and stress.

I had HORRID TMJ disorder. I tried many treatments over the course of six years. I tried the custom-fit night guards from my dentist. I had multiple rounds of botox injections in my jaw muscles. I saw a chiropractor. None of it helped.

Dr. Maggan was able to diagnose my tmj disorder and actually explain to me why none of those treatments worked (I was trying to solve my "symptoms" not the actual cause). He set up my treatment plan and had my custom mouth splints made within the month.

The relief was almost immediate while I was wearing the splints and now that I am finished with my treatment plan, the pain has stayed gone. No more pain. No more jaw locking or popping.

Was the treatment expensive? At face value, sure. BUT considering what all the payments actually covered (imaging, appointments, adjustments, and the actual splints) and the fact that it actually worked, I would say no. It's not expensive. Spend the money. You'll be thankful you did!

Dr. Maggan and his staff are so pleasant and really care about their patients. I had a large bill due to appliances that I needed to purchase and to my surprise all my follow up visits were free. I was not treated any different when I attended those visits. The staff and Dr. Maggan listened to all my concerns and took excellent care of me. My TMJ has not popped now for the first time is 48 years. I would highly recommend Dr. Maggan and his staff if you are looking for a caring environment and great service.

So far, the treatment really works. I was hesitant because I’ve had TMJ issues for as long as I’ve remembered. I heard horror stories about how bad it can get. My issues were mostly tied to clicking and noises. Eventually, I started getting more headaches and didn’t understand why I was getting them so often. I’m currently toward the end of the treatment, and it has worked out very well. Within days of wearing the appliance, my jaw stopped making noises. My headaches began to reduce. I couldn’t believe something like this would work. I am super thankful and optimistic that I will continue to improve. Dr. Maggan and his staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. It was good to meet with someone who actually knew this issue very well rather than any other normal dentist who would just try to push for braces without understanding the issue from the jaw. If you’re having tmj issues, I highly recommend you get an opinion from Dr. Maggan and his team.
