I visited the office for an extraction on today. The customer service and professionalism was top tier. Everyone made me comfortable and answered every question without any issue. The office is also clean and aesthetically pleasing. I will be returning and bringing my mom.

The staff made my dad and myself feel so uncomfortable! Very friendly, patient, welcoming, and professional. They answered any questions we may have had and they were patient and kind to my dad who’s a stroke survivor. He raved about how kind they treated him. Highly recommend.

My time spent with Mr. Harvey DDS on Cascade road was great. He wouldn't stop until my dental work was to his satisfaction I do appreciate that. I came in for the second time with broken dentures within three years and I was gonna go for the cheaper route AGAIN,but he insist that I get a better dentures that will uphold. I didn't think I would get approved due to my credit, but I was able to finance and get better dentures. I give it five stars.

On My initial visit the different denture plans is on display and explained in detail so I was able to select the plan that I wanted in conjunction with what I can afford as a retiree. The staff is pleasant, polite and made me feel as I am part of their family. I did not have to endure long waits and my process was not tiring and long. I never made a review before, but after my experience I just had to let you know about the services I got.. first of all the first desk workers was so nice and helpful with any questions I had.. then the nurse and doctor Harvey was so perfect, I had to get 8 teeth extracted and I was so nervous because I hadn’t been To the dentist in over 20 years, but when I tell you they made my experience so easy the nurse kept me calm and insured me that I was going to be alright and it wasn’t going to be painful.. also doctor Harvey was so helpful he explained every step of the way of what he was doing, when I tell you I’m so grateful for the outcome of my dentures…. I get so many compliments and how much younger I look, I recommend anybody who need service to check them out!!!
