I purchased a Groupon for some of their treatments and was burned as a result. I was told I could receive my money back. Groupon gave me the run around and never refunded me, as for wellness and rejuvenation they never considered refunding me my money since THEY where who burned me. I literally still have an indented hole on my back from the burn. I was unable to complete the treatments of course and all they could tell me to do was to keep reaching out to groupon. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else! This is a very serious matter, it's now been a week and I haven't healed.

This place cheats people. I purschased the groupon on a special so it was pretty cheap however, after purchasing it and setting an appointment, they charge a gratuity of $20 for every visit. That's literally the original price. Why have a special if you're going to charge the orignal price? The service was horrible too. Once you get there, you are told not to speak so loud. That's reasonable since it's mixed in with massage. However, not too long after they shushed my sisters for not talking, their staff was speaking hella loud. You can literally hear it through out the building. And the person doing the procedure. Smacking gum noisily. Rude much?
